Dr. Mary E Reif

I have been taking my dad, that has MS to Dr. Reif for many years. (He was diagnosed in 97)... Dr. Reif has always been personable and almost like family to us! (We will be sad when she retires)... We have been so thankful for everything that she has done for our dad! She has a great sense of humor and a wonderful wit!..

An iceberg has more warmth than this woman. She behaves as if she is too busy to see you. Seen her multiple times and it’s always the same. Cold. Indifferent. Short and annoyed she has to see you. Does not listen and will barely look you in the eye. You will not be treated as a human but of bone and flesh that is not valued. It’s like she is sabotaging my care or at least at a minimum it’s medical negligence. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. Very curt and abrupt. Must have received diploma from Satan. Sometimes you got to laugh from losing your sanity. Worst care EVER!

I was a previous patient of Dr. Reif, my name is shawn Fletcher.. she is very detailed in her work and analysis. I Have a incomplete spinal injury, and I have to live with chronic pain. In a office visit with her, she indicated that I have chronic pain, and recommended that I should take morphine, and oxycodone meds as biologics. I questioned the recommendation that it seemed "excessive " and that I didn't want to be overly medicated. She then looked me in my eyes and told me " sometimes and maybe addiction is a better way of life, than what you're living ." She then patted me on the shoulder and walked out. That moment bothered me, so I perceived that to be unethical. So, I eventually moved on to another neurologist. Dr. Rief has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She is very thorough, attentive, patient, and a compassionate doctor who turns over every rock to provide the very best care.

I was in a work related very bad one worked with dr marry reif for 3 years and had the best care i ever had on L&I so glad i found her

Dr. Reif, has always been very detailed extremely detailed. This is one doctor that I can actually honestly can say... actually listens to the patient and my input was receptive. She also responds the medical online my chart in a timely matter. As a matter of fact, I would like to give a perfect example on what she does... for instance the reflex test, I had a neurologist in Spokane and also one in Wenatchee, the reflex test the hip and knee scratch the bottom of the foot on both sides one time. Dr. Reif on the other hand, performs the same test but she actually does it 3 times to find the median that's looking for consistency that is the difference. Dr. Mary Reif, MD really cares about me. She cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and asks for only the necessary tests. She gave me important, pertinent, feedback I needed to make better medical decisions living with chronic medical issues. She has over three decades keeping her patients healthier. Considerate, professional and spends extra time with patient, if necessary. Orders additional lab tests to rule out other problems. I have been a patient for over 5 years and have been extremely satisfied. She is a excellent doctor especially when she knows you and has a history to to look back on.
