I was so pleased with my first experience at Houston Eye Associates. The staff was nice and the wait time was not bad. Dr Mary Morales was wonderful and I would highly recommend her along with her very pleasant assistant, Miranda. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I took my 14-year-old son to see Dr. Morales today based on a referral from a friend. We had an excellent experience. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why, which put my son at ease. The office staff was great too. And we really appreciated being seen promptly. My husband and I will also be booking appointments with her. My only complaint would be that the parking was quite full. I think that Dr. Morales is a wonderful doctor. She took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood what was going on. I did however feel that I waited a very long time when dilated and that the appointment should not necessarily have taken 2 hours to complete.

As always, my experience during my visit with Dr. Morales was exceptional. Dr. Morales' staff is always professional and efficient, and Dr. Morales is thorough, caring and an excellent optometrist.

I showed up early and waited about 10 minutes, the staff started my exam then I went into a room and waited for the Dr Morales, everything went smoothly Dr Morales was very nice and explained what she was doing and why. My visit was covered under my insurance 100 percent ..great experience.

I'll never recommend Dr. Mary Morales at Houston Eye Associate. I went there for an eye regular exam and contact lenses. After 3 appointments she was not able to find the perfect fit and kept postponing the dilation. I happened to travel n-between appointments and when I went back to her office hoping she will find a good fit for my contact lenses and proceed with the dilation, the staff informed me that I would need to pay for everything again because it passed 90 days since the first appointment. In any of the paper work I signed at that first appointment such condition was mentioned. I ended paying in full for services and contact lenses I never got. Such a low standard of professionalism. I had an exam completed by Dr. Morales at the Houston Eye Associates in Pearland. I highly recommend you seek another optometrist if you value your time. Dr. Morales left me sitting in an EMPTY reception area for an hour with dilated eyes. I left with no order for glasses, just a receipt and prescription. She could have cared less whether I was there or no. Now I am seeking another exam as I do not trust the prescription by Dr. Morales due to her lack of concern.

Dr. Morales has been able to get me a prescription for glasses that really works, after years of going to other doctors!
