Dr. Mary-Emma Beres

Dr. Beres is an excellent doctor. She listens well, is thorough, and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Beres to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Great Doctor, office staff, needs to be fired, get better help. Sometimes you can't get anyone to answer the phone, or appointments get mixed up, or they forget or can't find your appointment, getting RXfilled is a real hassle. They dont care, but a great Doctor, awful staff, no Respect, no though to ones feelings. I had Covid, follow up care, I'm still waiting. Can't get through to make an appointment. My advice, find another provider, not worth the hassle.

This is the worst doctor's office I've ever experienced. I made an appointment for a yearly exam. I had to wait over a month. When they gave me the exam there were no blood tests, urine tests, etc. When I asked about this they said I had to stipulate 'wellness exam'! Who would know that? Twice later I called (for two different issues at different times) with no answer just an answering machine. So, I left messages both times and no one returned my call! Ever!

I've been seeing Dr. Beres for 2 years now. I had my other doctors for 35 and 40 years - one might understand I was a bit apprehensive. What I do have is utter confidence in her complete and thorough care and attention in delivering if health-care to her patients. I am thankful. I can strongly recommend Dr. Beres to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Beres since she opened her office in Independence, VA after seeing and meeting with several other doctors in our area. There is a very short 'wait' time to see her. Her nurses are always friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Beres is my choice for the best family/primary physician around and I am very picky when it comes to doctors and my health.
