The Radiation therapist Lorna and Melanie and Nurse Karen was so helpful and made feel comfortable at every radiation.

Dr Crow is honest, tells it like it is, doesn't sugar coat. She takes a special interest in each of her patients. Her staff is phenomenal.

I love Dr. Mary Crow! Straight forward and a No BS kind of Dr. Tells you like it is! I love that about her.

She is a good Doctor. But the waiting for test results in a patient over 80 years old is unacceptable when she knows the condition can be very risky .How with this serious disease she only see the patient once a week with no answer , unacceptable .

Dr. Crow is an Excellent doctor! She takes the time to get you know, your medical background, patient with your questions and you never feel rushed. Yes sometimes the wait is bit to see her. Please know that she doesn't rush you in and out of the room and emergencies do come up. I do agree that the front office staff could use some training for how to treat people, esp. when they are the first point of contact. When I started the front office staff wasn't like this at all. The doctor is nice, but everything from insurance, paperwork, test results is like pulling teeth.

My mother was a patient of hers for three years.. when my mother passed away ... didn't even get a card or a phone call paying respect ..

Not happy with office personnel at Huntsville. Patient needing to speak with the Dr about procedure not being scheduled correctly and then no one called patient to let them know about it. Patient called office to see about getting paperwork to take to mri and office person made it like patient was disturbing them. Patient asked to speak to the Dr directly and was told NO. I would much rather have a different office to go to than Huntsville. And will see if patient will do it.

I was scheduled today for my first visit with Dr Crow at 2:45pm. I waited until 4:00pm, when I questioned the receptionist and her response was that if I wanted an on time appt I needed to make it for earlier in the day. I was taken to a room shortly after 4;00pm and waited until 4;20pm, when I gave up an went to “check out” and asked for my money back. The nurse there quickly returned my copay without any questions. I offered to answer Dr questions, but she was uninterested. Uncaring staff

Dr. Mary Crow is by far the best doctor I will have ever had the privilege of being treated by. She went against her own college and she and a Dr. Dilakia from the Diagnostic Center in Houston Tx . Saved my life I had a surgery done by a Dr. Horndeski in Angelton Tx., An while he was seeing me twice a week for over a month after a surgery. He didn't seem to recognize nor care that I had developed a life threatening infection and had toxic blood poisoning. After rushing to Houston Diagnostic by the time Dr. Crow was able to see me it had become flesh eating bacteria and I thank God for blessing me with a wonderful, caring doctor like her. She's definitely the best oncologist in Texas. Thank you and if your looking for a Doctor who is a down to earth country girl. Then give Dr. Crow a call for an appointment. I clicked with Dr. Crow from the very beginning. She is a great doctor who always listens to my concerns and questions. I completely trust her and would 100% recommend family and friends to her. Having cancer is scary in itself but when you have a good team taking care of you, it just makes it easier. Thank you Dr. Crow.

Dr Crow is rushed and doesn't have good bedside manner. She refuses to consider any ideas but her own. Case closed. End of story. When I first started she acknowledged my symptoms to be part of my disease. Later chalked them up to a virus. We just never clicked. She just wouldn't listen. I always came away upset. She never even says bye when she leaves the room. I wanted it to work out. I can't in good faith recommend her to anyone who has a debilitating, chronic form of cancer.

I'm a past patient of Dr. Crow's. I lived in a small area where almost everyone went to Bay City, TX for all medical issues an I had a terrible mysectomy performed by a local surgeon Aka Ata Ahmad. It became a lifethreating infection, which my primary Dr. Referee me to Dr.Mary Crow. She saved my life. She has to this day been most informative an actually listens to her patients .Her bedside manners are by far the mos7t careing and commpassioniate of any doctors Ive ever known.I'd rate her #100 !

Excellent to deal with..

I was very impressed with Dr. Crow on my first visit and I have not been disappointed. She was willing to answer all of my questions and ready to get started on treatment. I have been to all 4 locations with Kingwood being the main office I visit. The entire staff in all locations have been phenomenal.

Dr. Crow was my MD for breast cancer. Once her office started to change from Millenium Onc to Millenium Phys probs occurred. I had new s/s & was told I had a >30% chance of recurrence and ordered tests. I waited 3 wks for my results as she was out of the office. No other MD would give me my results. Turns out 1 test was not ordered. 3 more wks passed & I insisted on results. Crow did not call me. Instead she sent me a letter terminating me as a patient. I tried 3x per wk to get info

Dr. Crow is very good at explaining your condition and treatment choices to you (bedside manner). I have used Dr. Crow for years. She listens very well and takes all the time you need to understand your particular situation. I recommended my wife start using Dr. Crow and we are starting the paperwork to switch her over today.

She really cares, what more can I say! She quick to the point and is truly concerned about her patients.

Dr. Crow is probably the best hematologist I have ever seen. She is very thorough and always listens to every question and has answers for all my concerns. She never rushes you out of a room and if that means I have to wait a little longer that's fine. She's extremely competent and knowledgable and tells you things just like they are, and is a very caring doctor.
