I should have known from the very beginning of the consultation to walk away from this doctor and this practice. Her sister, who is her office manager, was incompetent! I had to make an extra trip back to their office to get measured AGAIN because the measurement for my compression garment were incorrect. I had to go to a seamtress to get the garment she provided altered. I went online and found one in my size and that fit better than what I paid her for! I should have walked away THEN. I was desperate, so I went against my best judgement. I paid over $8,0000 for an armlift. Right after surgery I was expressing concern because I could tell there was still too much sagging skin & fat. She told me to give it time for the swelling to go down and I would see the difference. She was trying to sell me on coming back for a "touchup" for parts she "missed". I laughed at her. There's absolutely NO way I would let her touch me again! I STILL am not seeing much of a difference ESPECIALLY for over $8,000!!! I am still not comfortable wearing short sleeved shirts. My surgery was supposed to last only a few hours. I ended up being there for almost 8-9 hours. I believe It was difficult for me to come out of the anesthesia because everyone looked relieved when I finally came through. It's funny I was told that her surgery room was "top of the line" but was not shown the room until the day of the surgery. This room did not look top of the line to me. Looked like an exam room with a table in the middle of it. I was hurriedly dressed and wheeled outside. A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. I will look at other ways to report this practice and possibly a lawsuit. A complete NIGHTMARE.

I started my consultation last summer and my procedure was July 2019. I was told that the procedure would be from about 9:00 to 1:00 p.m. My family waited in the waiting area for hours with no updates as to my well being. It was a little after 4:00 p.m. before they were told I was out of surgery and after 5:00 p.m. for discharge. The explanation given for the extra time was that more time was taken to give me the best results for the tightening process. I barely remember leaving the facility because I was so out of it from the anesthesia. My family said i was very pale and I was throwing up. Yet the only explanation as to the three extra hours was more tightening done. Let me say, I knew I would not get perfection, but what I told them in the consult was that I wanted to be able to wear dresses just above my knees and short sleeve tops. The doctor stated that it would take six months to see the results. This is May 2020, The contouring looks uneven and random is places. My legs are smaller but more sagging than before because fat was removed and no visible tightening. My procedure was over $10,0000. I have over and over expressed my dissatisfaction. My thoughts is that if an additional three hours was taken to tighten then there should be some evidence of that in my arms and legs. The doctor seems to disclaim every concern I have expressed from the first visit after the procedure and does not offer adequate explanation as to why the tightening is not evident. I would give two star and that is because the nurse there was very friendly and kind. Other than that, I would not recommend them for this procedure.

I expected better results from my surgery. The surgeon was respectful of my wishes and outcomes but, I did have a poor result on one breast in my bilateral reduction. I currently await recommendation from my insurance. The assistant Liz, surgeon's sister, I found to be unempathetic, disrespectful & condecending.
