It's a shame that people can be in the Healthcare industry and don't respect nor care about patients. The staff is very unprofessional and have very nasty dispositions. They are not capable of the organizational skills, empathy and basic common sense required to do their jobs. They will cause stress and that will inflame your gastrointestinal issues. Manager and assistant manager very rude charged me a copay when i wasnt suppose to pay. Refused to refund my money even after insurance company told them i was 100% covered. Then locked the door to keep me from coming back in. They are a bad reflection of the doctor office. I have filed a complaint with the medical directors office against them. Good doctor, BUT, the wait time is beyond ridiculous! I recently had an appointment for 4:15pm and was called in at 5pm, only to wait another 30 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in to see me. Dr Iskandarani is an awesome doctor. I have already referred him to some of my colleagues and friends. He is Professional with good bedside manners. He takes his time explaining procedures that has to be done,put you at ease, ect. His facility is clean with free parking. staff is friendly ,courteous and professional. Amazing provider. Comprehensive. Cares about all of his patients. Efficient and friendly office staff. Reviews all history and facts before recommending your plan of care. Makes all procedures very comfortable for the patient and technically very experienced. The complete package in a physician.

This office staff and office manager needs to be fired!!! There is no reason why someone with a 3pm appointment be brought to the back office at 4pm only to be sitting back there for another 35 mins! Can you say over booked!!!

Incredible doctor , he is a genius, when no one knew what I had , he diagnosis me instantly, he is caring , considered, polite, his staff are very professional , they go the extra mile for the patients , they are not worry about your insurance first but the patients.

I booked the Appointment via Zoc Doc and when I called to get my Appt confirmed the doctor's office were extremely rude and did not honor my Appt. The office advised me not to use ZocDoc goign forward and stop wasting her time.
