Dr. Marvin E Lawrence II

Dr Lawrence is great. Have been going to him for years after my former GI doctor failed to properly diagnose me. He’s always professional, takes time to answer my questions and has always been on time. I appreciate having him as a part of my medical doctors and have Recommended him to several family members.

Dr. Lawrence was the ultimate professional. He explained the procedure in detail. Called me personally the night before. Would highly recommend.

I had two really good experiences for procedures with Dr. Lawrence. Dr. Lawrence is very through, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He devotes attention to his patients, listens and answered all my questions. His staff is equally professional and attentive. I would highly recommend Dr. Lawrence and his practice.

Setting up a visit for a colonoscopy was full of obstacles. First I called, after 1/2 hour and no answer I decided to do the on line option. No response after days which meant I was on the phone again. About a week before my appointment I received a call for more information. It was at that time I learned the appointment was for a doctor visit not for the procedure and it wasn't in Laurel but in Columbia. This is my second visit to this office and it has been great! The staff is exceptional knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice. I get nervous when I go to the doctor but the staff made me feel very comfortable being there. My doctor is an awesome doctor, he eases my mind when he explains to me what my next steps are. Excellent care

AWESOME doctor..he helped me with my stomach issues and and internal hemmoroids which were very painful..I moved out of the area down to Fredericksburg Va and I don't know what the hell or where in the hell these doctor's down here got their license from ..they are horrible and I really miss BEING UNDER Dr. LAWRENCE'S CARE ..I hope and pray I can get back into the area so that I can continue my care with him..I believe these people here are going to allow my health to deteriorate..all they give me is steroids and pills and I am having severe pain in my stomach and back AWESOME doctor..he helped me with my stomach issues and and internal hemmoroids which were very painful..I moved out of the area down to Fredericksburg Va and I don't know what the hell or where in the hell these doctor's down here got … More

I have a complex medical situation. I appreciate his willingness to listen and provide possible options to find out what's going on with me. His personable approach made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Lawrence and his entire staff were first class from the moment I walked into their offices until the minute I left after my procedure. They were helpful and compassionate and I can honestly say that I have never had a better medical experience.

Have been going to Dr. Lawrence for 10+ years. Has always listened, been thoughtful, and had good feedback. Really is good and knows his stuff.

I feel so fortunate to have landed with Dr. Lawrence. When you're scrolling your insurance company's list of approved/in-network doctors, it's easy to feel stressed by the tremendous amount of uncertainty, especially if you're someone not used to needing a doctor.
