worst customer service I have ever experienced!.I called the office six times without ever getting an answer or call back.Its a good thing there are other pain specialists in the area that are willing to answer their phone.
Horrible experience. Original Dr. took a leave, resulting in seeing Dr. Covey. He told me a plan of treatment. When returned a few weeks later, this time Iwas seen by a new APN with a completely different plan of treatment. When they were questioned on the changes, I was dismissed as a patient for refusing to follow their plan. I was not refusing just asking to speak with Dr Covey. This had nothing to do with pain medicines but alternative treatments which he stated he wanted to do.
