I have been a patient of Dr. O'Toole for about 18yrs. I have been very happy of the work he has done. He is not only skilled, but very personable. He will always take the time to see how I am feeling and also asks how my family is doing. His nurse, Nadia and office manager, Sara are the best. I would never go anywhere else!

I saw Dr. O’Toole for two procedures and am incredibly happy with the results. Dr. O’Toole is simply the best. He made me feel comfortable from the our first initial consult and took the time to go over any and all questions that I had. This continued up up u til the surgeries and thereafter. Dr. O’toole exceeded my expectations with my implant replacement surgery. He took the time in our initial consultation to go over my procedure options and help me decide the best route to go. I felt very comfortable with him from the beginning and had a lot of trust in his knowledge. The day of surgery could not of gone more smoothly. I was very lucky to have chosen Dr. O’toole because as I was in surgery he found my old implants to be completely overfilled from previous doctor, and a lot larger then the size I thought they were. With that being said he made the best decision with having multiple implant sizes available in case this scenario happened, and choosing the best size for me with the many conversations we had. Dr. Martin O'Toole is very meticulous about his work. I consulted with him about an inner thigh lift. He recommend a medial thigh lift, and gave me no other option. I wholeheartedly agree with his recommendations. He has integrity and wants the best possible outcome for his patients. His demeanor is calm but serious. I have nothing but respect and admiration for he and his staff. I would highly recommend Dr O'Toole to anyone in need of an elective surgery in which he specializes in.

When I met the plastic surgeon, Dr. O’Toole I was so impressed with his knowledge, calmness, and his vision for my results. I knew I found the Dr. I wanted to perform my procedures. The day of my consultation I booked my surgery date. I have since had my surgery (extended tummy tuck, and breast lift) last week and I’m currently recovering. Surgery went smoothly and I’m already so happy with my results despite being swollen and sore. The staff from the front desk, to the staff in the operation room was amazing and kind. I did a lot of research before choosing who I was going to have do my mommy makeover. Dr O'Toole was clearly the most experienced, and conscientious. I had a tummy tuck, breast lift, lipo and hernia repair. Dr O'Toole not only did great work, but when I developed a common complication after surgery, went really out of his way to ensure that it was addressed immediately. He is clearly dedicated to the well being of his patients, and I really, really appreciate it. I would recommend his services without hesitation to anyone considering plastic surgery of any kind. He is a great physician first, as well as a true artist!

I went to Dr. O'Toole to have fat pads removed from my abdomen, flanks, and inner thighs by SmartLipo and he insisted that my pelvic area would have to be done at an additional cost. During the procedure, because of time restraints, Dr. O'Toole was only able to do my abdomen & pelvic area, where he removed skin above my pubic hair, without explaining that this would disturb my lymph nodes, which caused my legs to swell and me having to pay for acupuncture for 2 years to get my legs back down to the size they were. When I went back for the flanks, inner thighs, and abdomen, which I had paid to have done, Dr. O'Toole refused to do the Lipo and insisted I needed a tummy tuck at an $7600 cost. I asked him to refund my money so I could go elsewhere; he refused. I asked him to set up mediation; he refused. So, Dr. O'Toole obviously believes it is okay to have patients pay for services and then keep the money for services he refuses to do.

I went to Dr. O'Toole to have fat pads removed from my abdomen, flanks, and inner thighs for which he thought SmartLipo would be the prefect option. At Dr. O'Toole's insistence, my pelvic area would have to be done at an additional cost. Before the procedure, Dr. O'Toole showed me a canister to explain that he could only take out the amount of fat that would fill that canister. During the procedure, Dr. O'Toole then insisted it would be necessary to put an incision across my pelvic area, directly above my pelvic hairline, to remove excess skin ‘to prevent saggage’ and he assured me that the incision would be hidden in my pubic hair, but it wasn't. As the procedure was taking far longer than Dr. O'Toole anticipated and he had another patient after me that he needed to attend to, he was only able to do my abdomen and pelvic area, and I agreed to come back for a second visit to complete the procedure. Before leaving the exam room, I pointed out to Dr. O'Toole that the canister was empty, minus about a ¼ inch of fluid at the very bottom of the canister. An emergency call had to be made to Dr. O’Toole later that evening when my legs swelled so severely that I could not bend my legs at all to get up my staircase. This would be the FIRST time Dr. O'Toole would mention 'that cutting in the pelvic area disturbs lymph nodes and causes swelling, which is usually temporary'. Temporary was not even close to the time or cost of 2+ years of acupuncture to get my lymphatic system to drain to where my legs were close to the size they were prior to the procedure. When I was finally able to even entertain the idea of receiving the already paid for SmartLipo to my flanks, inner thighs, and parts of my abdomen, which Dr. O’Toole agreed to touch up, Dr. O’Toole agreed that traditional lipo would be the route to go at an additional coast of $3000, to cover the anesthesiologist and surgery center. Then a week before this procedure was scheduled to be done, Dr. O’Toole told me that he is NOT going to do the liposuction because he feels that I need a tummy tuck, at an additional cost of $7600. I asked that the $5400 that I had already paid for SmartLipo being refunded to me, so I could go to another doctor for SmartLipo, but I was told that Dr. O’Toole does NOT give refunds. I asked that mediation being set up to resolve this issue and I was told that Dr. O’Toole does NOT participate in mediation. So, I guess that only conclusion that can be drawn from this experience is that Dr. O’Toole feels it is okay to keep money for services that he refused to render.

He said I was a perfect candidate for neck Lipo and I trusted him! he removed fat unevenly on my jaw line and created jowls!!!! Very aggressive Lipo! Also when he injected me before the surgery it hurt so much!!.I look older at least by 20 years in my neck! I am so disappointed I wish I never went to him!! This surgery has caused depression also I don’t want to go anywhere because I look old!!! This surgery was so expensive and I don’t want to go back to him to fix it So now I am just stuck looking like this. Please think twice before having any neck lipo done!

During a post up visit I told Dr O'Toole that he was "Michelangelo" because he transformed me from a 70 year old ugly duckling into someone pretty again. During my initial consultation i thought "maybe he can get rid of my double chin and I'll be happy", but he could envision the possibility and then through his skill & art, made it happen. Dr. O'Toole and his entire staff are personable and kind. I was very anxious and each one treated me as if I were the only patient scheduled that day. All my questions were answered and telephone calls returned very promptly. Highest praise for Nadia, the office nurse, and Sarah, the patient coordinator, because both were very friendly, well informed, and supportive. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. All I can say is great things about Dr O’Toole and his staff. They are very friendly knowledgeable and work together as a team. Facility is beautiful and clean. Dr O’toole Explained my procedure in detail, answered all my questions as well as my husbands. Worst Dr ever!!!!!! He will leave you with terrible scars and then he will offer to fix them with a heafty price!!!! I totally regret my tummy tuck! My belly button looks like it has been chewed off and the sewn back on Terrible TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!! He came into surgery late and rushed! Rushing thru marking my body for surgery! I love Dr. O'Toole he is very professional and his entire staff is caring and nice. His work is superb. For Botox, breast implants, laser hair removal every thing you need to make you feel and look beautiful.

My columella scar is among the worst I have ever seen. I am 1 yr post op and my tip is extremely bulbous, I am not breathing any better, my columella now droops from all the scar tissue that has accumulated, and the inside of my nostril has a very prominent hard bump protruding that is very unsightly. My nose has never looked worse. He simply tells me to "massage" and that everything will heal fine. I have been obsessively massaging for months and there is no progress at all. Find another doctor
