Dr. Jeffries was running over 2 hours behind schedule for my morning clinic visit. He did not perform a physical exam, did not ask me what brought me in to see him or what questions I had. Was a very impersonal visit, did not feel like he cared about my health and why I was seeking care.

Dr. Jeffries delivered my son by C-section. I wanted to give birth naturally, he gave me the opportunity to try but it wasn't happening. I received excellent care from prenatal to delivery. Once I saw my nearly 10 pound son I appreciated he wasn't delivered vaginally. Even today my bikini cut looks great!
