Dr Herman's office staff is rude, incompetent and put administrivia/protocol over patient needs. Once we finally got to see Dr. Herman, in the middle of an exam, he took a cell phone call - leaving us for 10 minutes in the exam room. Ask yourself, if you were paying in excess of $500 for a 15 minute office visit, would you tolerate this type of service? This is a perfect example of what's wrong with healthcare in this country.

He saved my daughter's life on November 26th, 2006. He performed an emergency craniotomy to stop bleeding in her brain. I will be forever indebted to this brilliant surgeon. If you are at all unsure, perhaps you should check out his educational background. I have an aunt who was just diagnosed with cancer of the pituitary and I am recommending she see him.

In the event Dr Herman would hire different office staff, I would recommend him. His staff is incompetent, unprofessional, and are not willing to help

Dr Herman was very understanding and compassionate of my condition. Also taking time to explain procedures, making sure I understood what was about to happen. Really listened to what I had to say and provided extra time for me to ask questions. Could not have been lucker to have received such a great team. The entir staff at Luthern General are very professional, including all support staff. Without such a positive charged atmosphere it would be very difficult to survive such a brain surgery.
