The green haired receptionist is rude and unprofessional to senior citizens! Shes been out right mean to both of my folks at different times! You may have “been doing this for a while” but my folks have been seeing the doc there for 30 years! Maybe when you were in high school? Slow your roll you still have a job!

In our time health-care system lacks compassion, it feels that meds and surgeries, scans and therapies and tests have become a priority in medicine and that compassion — main part of medicine — has become an afterthought in patient care. I would like to praise Dr. Fishman for his compassion competency, great communication and patient skills and his genuine kindness --all things patients should be able to expect from their doctors.
