As a person who has never had any type of surgery before, going into a plastic surgeon's office for a consultation was extremely daunting for me, but I left my appointment feeling reassured and confident in his ability to help me. I was most nervous about getting my surgery covered by my insurance, and his office did an amazing job of taking care of it and I got it completely covered! Both Dr Bailey and the staff have been amazing both before and after the surgery, and have been extremely thorough with the post-op rechecks. I couldn't be happier to have had my breast reduction done with Dr Bailey!

I can't say enough good things! I had seen photos of the amazing work Dr. Bailey performs, but once I experienced it on my own body...WOW! My tummy is a 180! And has more muscle tone and definition than when I was a teen. My breasts are perfect! They look and feel young again! I can lie on my back and they no longer slide into my armpits.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bailey. He did breast reconstruction 20 plus years post cancer. He didnt have much to work with, but I now have two beautiful breasts that are the same size. i recomend Dr. Bailey wholeheartedly.

dr Bailey was incedible. I cant rave enough about him. I saw three previous drs before and once i met Dr. Bailey I said this is the one. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything along with making me feel comfortable. His work turned out absolutely incredible. Better than i even imagine. I was so pleased with his work, i refered him to my brother who had his chin and eyes done. My brother looks absolutely fabulous. Cant thank you enough

Dr. Bailey is an absolutely amazing surgeon who is very meticulous and cares for his patients in the utmost standard. I was completely disfigured after a botched surgery from my former surgeon and thought I would never be able to look in the mirror again. Dr. Bailey took over my care and made what seemed to be impossible possible. I could not have been referred to a better surgeon. If I could give Dr. Bailey 5,000 stars I would.

Very pleased with my results from a breast reduction. I was nervous about the surgery but Dr Bailey did a great job at answering all my questions with a calm demeanor. My expectations were met and recovery has gone well. He is very skilled in his profession, and I would highly recommend his practice.

My experience here was unparalleled to any other plastic surgeon I have been to in OC. Dr. Bailey performed a Secret RF Microneedling treatment on me and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Even though this treatment is one of minimal discomfort to begin with, Dr. Bailey went the extra step of ensuring I was completely numbed first, which none of the previous plastic surgeons I have seen for minimal discomfort treatments took the time to do. He explained post instructions to me in detail, and was in no rush to answer all of my questions. He truly cares about the happiness of his patients and is one of few doctors who spends the individual time necessary with each patient to ensure they are comfortable and informed.

I already have and both of us will do so again. He is amazing. My life partners hand had a horrible growth on the back and he also has cancer.Dr Bailey did a very difficult resectioning surgery. His technique was such that a skin graft was not required. He twist his skin and stapled it and his hand is like a brand new hand, and when he healed it is the most beautiful end result.Dr.Bailey is gifted, it really is unbelievable. I give Dr. Bailey high ratings on his surgery and on The person he is, a very kind man and humble. I also had a surgery with him it was on a cancer in my leg he did an amazing job and you would never know that he did a 3“ x 1“ wide. That’s a good plastic surgeon.

Not good at all. Total confusion on pre-op requirements which caused undue Problems for patient at late time prior to surgery. Orders for pre-op either written incorrectly or missed. Very stressful and had to actually request same papers repeatedly. Would not ever do this surgery at all as it was never explained before time of how crippling it was and the extensive healing time.

I found Dr. Bailey to be empathetic to my concerns and my needs. While what I needed was small, he took it quite seriously and explained all my options. The staff also took note of my needs, and everything - from initial visit to surgery to post surgery follow up appointments went smoothly. Also, a big plus is that they work out different financial strategies for you. All questions were patiently answered (some more than once). Overall, I will continue to see Dr Bailey, and recommend him.

I have been coming to this cosmetic surgeon for a few months and he performed an amazing surgery on my left axilla for my HS. It cleared all the nodules and track marks, now im so happy to get my second axilla done as well. Love the results and I wouldnt go elsewhere. This is my second experience with Doctor Bailey and his hard working staff. I am so impressed with his skills and results. He actually spends time with you as a patient..What a concept They must work a 9 hour day because the lights are on in the office until 6pm. Dr Bailey is amazing! I had a tummy tuck which everyone said was painful. My experience was painless. It may not be for everyone, but was for me due to the care that Dr Bailey provided during surgery with pain pumps to make me comfortable during the first few days after surgery. I live in Corona and would travel here again for his services. Distance doesn't matter when you are seeing the best! Dr. Bailey's staff is super warm, friendly and caring!

AVOID THIS DOCTOR & OFFICE: I went in to have an item removed from my leg. Instead of removing all my stitches on my next visit (2 weeks later), It took Dr Hugh Bailey many extra visits to take all the stitches out (one or two at a time - talk about padding an insurance bill. Aetna should look into your billing practices). Each time I went to check-out at the front desk, the office staff told me there was NO co-pay. Each time, I asked, are you sure there is no co-pay, they repeated that
