I just looked up the clinic on google since I recently found out of my 2nd pregnancy. I prefer female obgyn doctors so far I’m happy with dr Martinez she’s very kind and knowledgeable I feel safe that everything will be ok with my c-section. There is some wait time when you get there but that’s with any doctor also the offices are outdated but I don’t mind as long as they meet my service needs in my opinion having state of the art offices doesn’t mean good service all the time! the nurses and staff are very kind as well.

Terrible bed side manners! I had a D&C and was in pain I asked her for pain meds and told me to stop bothering her that i had no baby in me and take whatever!

I've been going to Dr. Martha since 1988. She is 1,000% better and more efficient than Dr. Dagoberto. I've spent anywhere from 1 hr and 45 minutes in the waiting area to 20 minutes. It all depends on who is the nurse, who does the check in, and what you are there for. THE DOCTOR (Martha Martinez) is professional, knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable, and yes, she does get on your case if you don't LISTEN to what she is explaining. They gave Labcorp the wrong information to bill my insurance company, and after I told them a bunch of times to fix it they never did! Now is affecting my credit score, and why should I have to pay $90 because the people here can't do their job right? THEY SUCK! Everytime that I call they try to convince me that my insurance company is Tricare, I do not have that! I know what insurance I have! Idiots! And Labcorp doesn't want the right information from me, the want it from Dr. Martinez' office and they won't fix it. They take like an hour and a half to see you even though you have an appointment.

Sweet, attentive, caring and respectful. She was the best I could have picked for my 2nd son - I had gone to Dr. Jose Cisneros for my 1st son, and the whole pregnancy was just traumatic from womb to delivery. Would not recommend him ever.

Had my first born with Dr. Cisneros and had a horrible experience from pregnancy all the way to delivery.(forced into C-section) For this pregnancy(10 years later), Dr. Cisneros told me I was not pregnant and went for second opinion. Looked into Clínica Sant Maria and Martha Martinez was everything I needed. Made my husband and I comfortable, made us laugh and most importantly provided us with the information we truly needed. She even answers questions you’d never thought of bringing up but it was in the back of your Mind! Waiting time was 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing. We deliver our second child in 2 weeks. I saw Dr. Martinez about 6 months ago. She insisted on doing a pap smear to prescribe birth control. She also insisted on taking blood for testing. To date, I have not received any test results. Additionally, she kept me waiting for an hour and a half. There was no emergency. She said she wad just behind because she liked to talk.

I would not trust the birth of my child to this doctor. I decided to change doctors at 4 months pregnant. The normal office staff is a joke! I had an emergency evaluation scheduled due to mild complications I encountered and was turned away because I hadn't received my insurance card yet was told I could join a maternity plan ($3000 plan) but that was my only option. That's when I realized the were interested in money more than the well being of their patients. So disappointing.

I was looking forward 2 meeting Dr. Mtz as she seemed one of the most experienced, highly educated & patient-focused doctors but did not thanks 2 the unprofessional, disrespectful & belly baring woman @ the front window. She failed 2 say I had 2 sign in,it's my 1st appt & there's no sign advising of need. Approx 1.5 hours later, she blames it on me, doesn't apologize, & says I might as well wait more. Very rude & no desire to help. I really hope it's not a reflection of Dr's practice.Client lost
