Dr Ajlouny is awesome & I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I am always satisfied after my visit with Dr. Ajlouny. I have been a patient of her’s for over 5 years. It’s comforting to know that I value her time and her talent and most of all her knowledge. She is a gem!

For years, I experienced significant pain in my feet while running. I decided to visit Dr. Ajlouny to get a second opinion after another specialist told me there wasn't much they could do. Dr. Ajlouny, asked how the pain affected my daily routine. Once I said I couldn't do things I normally would (running, working out, etc ), she advised I have bunionectomy surgery. While I can't deny it was painful, the experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ajlouny was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Three months later, I had my other foot surgery with the same outcome. Fifteen years later, I'm still running and working out and no longer have bunion issues. I highly recommend Dr. Ajlouny.

Dr. Ajlouny is very professional, no nonsense doctor. She took good care to make sure my plantar fasciitis was completely cured before letting me go. I would recommend her for anyone with foot problems.

Very detailed and helpful in getting me the test I needed quickly ,very nice dr and.nurse's there.They listen to you.

I have had two foot surgeries and both achieved the desired results. I really appreciated Dr. Ajlouny‘s attention to detail. I knew exactly what to expect and highly recommend her. Shasta, who runs the front office, is exceptional as well!

Wonderful staff from the minute you call to every visit. Truly compassionate people who care for others well being and make sure you have all the knowledge you need for your care. Outstanding experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing foot care.

GOD SENT!!!!! For years I had trouble with my feet and ankles until I met Dr. Ajlouny. She actually listened to my concerns and made me feel "heard". I had been made to feel the pain was just in my head but she immediately addressed my issues and went above and beyond for my care. She is AMAZING and I'm so appreciative for her concern. I went to Dr. Ajlouny for bunions on both feet. She took x-rays and it was clear I needed surgery on both feet but we started with the left one as it was giving me to most pain. I was extremely nervous about the surgery. I had thought about the fact that I would most likely have to one surgery on them at some point but kept purchasing new gadgets hoping my bunions would improve on their own.....no such luck. Anyway both Dr. Ajlouny and Crystal, her assistant, were very kind, compassionate, patient in answering all my questions and reassuring. So a fews weeks following my first appointment I scheduled the surgery before I had time to talk myself out of it. I cannot say enough good things about the care I received from Dr. Ajlouny and Crystal. The procedure itself went smoothly. I did as I was told and kept my foot elevated for the next 4 weeks. To my surprise, the pain I experienced was minimal. It is healing up so well. After looking at my before and after x-rays side by side I was blown away so was everyone else I showed them to! I needed this surgery and I am so grateful that I found Dr. Ajlouny to take care of this for me. In about a year or so I will need to have my right bunion surgery. Honestly the hardest part for me was the sitting....not being able to get up and run around like I usually do. I am starting to put some weight on my foot now and the pain has been minimal so far. I have lived with bunion pain most of my adult years. And to be able walk without the pain is wonderful. The care and professionalism of the staff at Instride Greensboro is such a breath of fresh air. Dr. Ajlouny is compassionate and amazing about the her work. Thank you all so much

Dr. Ajlouny took really good care of my foot. I had a rare cartilage build up in my left foot. Dr. A did surgery and not only did she do a phenomenal job, but I had little to no pain after surgery. She did follow up visits until I was in the clear. She is direct and straight to the point, but she knows her stuff!!! Thank you, Dr. Ajlouny - Sondra W. Dr. Ajlouny took really good care of my foot. Dr. Ajlouny is a very compassionate, knowlgeable and caring. She makes you feel comfortable about whatever you need to have addressed. She did surgery on my foot and the procedure went very well. I certainly would recommend her to anyone.

Fraudulent business practices. Used in network practice and without informing or mentioning at all she used an out of network Anhastesiilogist that charged 1750 dollars for what is considered a 155 dollar service according to blue cross blue shield. Total rip off and would not be surprised if the doctor receives a kick-back for the fraud. Will never use again and watch out for J Cosgrove Jr as well. Will report to BBB and file complaint with BCBS. Fraudulent business practices. Dr Ajlouny fixed my foot pain! She was very personable, attentive, and dedicated to cure what was ailing me. I would definatly recomend her to anyone for your foot care needs.

I would highly recommend Dr. Martha Ajlouny to anyone needing to improve their quality of life which has been diminished due to foot issues and pain. On three separate occasions now I have turned to her due to severe pain accompanied by an inability to walk on occasion. Simply standing for any duration created mild to severe pain depending on the time frame. At times the pain was so severe that I was unable to even place weight on one foot when bare. I have been unable to walk with a normal gait and even unable to stand at times for quite some time. Each time she diagnosed the issue immediately, formulated a plan and assisted me with the execution based on my busy schedule. But most importantly she returned to me a quality of life that had long since been absent. When I needed surgery without hesitation she worked me in quickly. I cannot recommend her immense knowledge as well as her professionalism and that of her staff enough. OMG what a different experience. I had such a different experience with this lovely doctor. She was so understanding. The first podiatrist I went to was horrible, didn't explain anything and caused me great pain. . I was pretty apprehensive after his ingrown toenail removal. No pain with the injection, amazing.

Dr. Ajlouny has been THE foot doctor for my entire family for over 11 years and we have always been extremely pleased with our visits into her office for various foot problems. She is professional in her dealings with her patients and has a great "bedside" manner. The most amazing thing about this doctor is that she knows how to give a shot of cortisone or a nerve block into the foot or ankle that is virtually pain free. For me, she solved an extremely stubborn case of plantar fasciitis that developed in both feet at the same time by using ultrasonic shockwave therapy on both feet... at the same time. This was done after everything else had failed to correct the pain in both of my heels.That was 11 years ago and it has not returned because she also educated me on how to take care of my feet to prevent plantar fasciitis from ever happening again. I have successfully returned to my love of hiking because of her excellent care . My sons had trouble with ingrown toenails and stress fractures and she took care of those issues. Both kids said that the ingrown toenail procedure was painless due to her ability to give a shot of cortisone that is painless. My husband had a toenail fungus and plantar fasciitis and again, she solved the problem. I have referred many friends to her office and those who went to see her were pleased with her services as well. l highly recommend this doctor if you have foot problems. Dr. Ajlouny is amazing! She repaired my botched bunion surgery and realigned my second toe which became a hammer toe following the bunion surgery. I have healed well and returned to my original shoe size with no complications. I referred both my mother and husband to her. I highly recommend her for any foot, ankle or other podiatry issues. Dr. A and her staff always treat me like family. I have been going to her for feet issues over the years. She always listens to my concerns and allows me to help make the decision in my care. I trust in her that she will do what is best for me because she always has. Highly recommend Dr. Ajlouny at Instride.

My husband was a patient there they operated on his toe said had to be done. He was off his feet for 2 weeks. They advised us he had to have blood work, even thought he had just had this blood work done a month earlier. They stated it would not be good and federal law required this process again (James) stated this. My husbands toe should have never been operated on it created unbalance and his toe beside of it got and stress ulcer which has now created another 3 wks off his feet. Now the blood work we are being billed for Medicare would not pay was done too soon, just like we told them. He is also facing another surgery on that toe to correct the surgery done by Dr. Ajlouny. This was an outstanding experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my foot condition and the corrective actions needed for treatment. Highly recommended.

This podiatrist is top level. They are professional and Dr. Ajlouny is very knowledgeable. We did not have to wait long for the appointment and I left with my feet feeling better than they have felt in many years.

This was a great experience for my 11- year old son. Dr. Ajlouny helped him with a sports related ingrown toenail and also set him up with custom orthotics to address his frequent foot pain. Dr. Ajlouny and the medical assistants that worked with my son were all very kind to him and explained what they were doing on a level where he understood what was going on. This could not have been a better experience from start to finish. This was a great experience for my 11- year old son. I would highly recommend coming here for any foot issue you are having. Dr. Ajlouny is so friendly and definitely knows what she is doing. She took care of my ingrown toenail in 15 minutes. Definitely would recommend!

I can't begin to express my satisfaction with Instride Greensboro Podiatry. After having a less than favorable experience for ingrown toenails elsewhere, I was very hesitant about facing it again. Dr. Ajlouny was very friendly and her care was a world away from my previous experience. It was good to be treated with professionalism and understanding, particularly when it came to numbing my toes. When I say Dr. Ajlouny and the staff made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me want to be their friend when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won't get that awful feeling of dread if there is a next time. The instructions on how to care for my toes afterward were very clear. I visited with Dr. Ajlouny today for an issue with my right foot. The staff she has working for her were very friendly and outgoing. When Dr. Ajlouny introduced herself to me she was very polite and professional. She explained what the problem was with my foot and options that were available to aid or fix the issue. She did not push any particular treatment or push for surgery like other physicians I have dealt with in the past. I am happy to say I am one of her patients now. I have been going to Dr. Ajlouny for many years. After 32+ years of working on concrete floors, my feet have had their share of problems from plantar fasciitis, neuromas, stress fractures, and broken toes....Dr. Ajlouny has always gone above and beyond to take care of my feet! She has done 2 surgical procedures for me and both were very successful. If I know that someone is having problems with their feet, Dr. Ajlouny is always my first and only recommendation.

Came in with broken heel and took me immediately and send me to hospital for complex emergency surgery that turned out perfect. Superstar

I took my teenager in for two blood blisters on her toes. I did not complete the credit card form and had never been asked to provide a cc number to any doctor at any other practice. Dr. Ajlouny spent all of ten (10) minutes partially draining each blister. She did not even fully drain the blisters. We had to further drain them the next day. Received a bill from her office for over $200 of which insurance only paid half. I should have gone with my instincts and drained the blisters at home

The first negative was they wanted one of my credit cards on file so they could put charges on it once the insurance was filed. My appointment was10:40, I was taken to a room at 11:30. The assistant did some tests for the next half hour. The doctor came in around noon, she told me that I would need a shot in my foot. I also bought a sock that hurt my foot and needed new shoes. A week after my appointment I found out that the doc called in meds, but didn't tell me. I would NEVER recommend them!
