Dr. Miles performed my mothers abdominoplasty. She was approved by her insurance for the surgery due to excess skin from her weight loss. He charged me EXTRA for her to get liposuction and muscle tightening which he didn't do (she still has a lot of fat) and my mothers scar is completely crooked. Would not recommend at all.

Stay away..botched my surgery will take 3 more surgeries to fix ..Maybe its the adderall effecting him. Should not be a surgeon.he us not forth coming about procedures..He does not care about you, ! Selfish..There are no before or after photos of his work ,he does not take any.. My sister sued him ,difficulty to win agsinst a large hospital,the one with the most money wins..I have a heart condition and he didn't want to discuss before my surgery ,he dismissed me.stay away from a Dr who uses Adderall

I'm forever grateful to Dr. Miles! I lost over 200 pounds ! I have excess skin. He snatched me lol!! I look like a different woman! The staff is amazing! From entrance to exit all smiles! I need more work and he is the only person I trust my life and body with! For any surgical procedures! He will definitely have your back and keep you on the right track! This I know.!! I was initially hesitant in having this reconstructive surgery. I was referred to Dr. Marshall Miles by my primary physician Dr. Eric Mueller. I scheduled an appointment and meet with Dr. Miles. After the inital consultation, I had no doubt this was the right thing to do and that Dr, Miles was the right surgeon. I had no anxiety or apprehension after meeting with him. He was patient, caring, and answered all my questions. He explained the procedure and encouraged me to call him if I had any other questions or concerns. The surgery was March 9th 2022. I met with him before the procedure and he again explain everything in detail. The surgery was flawless: no bleeding, no infection, no complications, minimum discomfort, and 100% improvement! The medical team was always available and answered all my concerns via the phone or email in record time. What more can I say! Dr. Miles & Donna were kind, compassionate, efficient, and answered all of my questions about multiple lesions needing to be removed from my body. Unaware if these lesions were cancerous Dr. Miles & Donna made me feel comfortable during this stressful time. Their empathy is something I won’t forget. Dr. Miles and his team of nurses and office staff went above and beyond for me! They cared about my well-being from the first consult, all the way through my healing process. My breast reduction/lift in December 2021 was life changing. Every question and concern was addressed with patience and kindness. The majority of my life I have struggled to participate in activities because of the physical and emotional discomfort my breasts caused me. Horseback riding and riding bikes with my kids always felt like a far off dream. Dr. Miles and his team spent months learning my story and I felt that they were deeply invested in my health journey. It made a profound effect in my confidence and hope for the future.

After talking to several different local plastic surgeons, I drove over 300 miles to have my mommy makeover performed by Dr. Miles at Leigh Valley Health Network. Dr. Miles and his team were professional, very thorough, and a delight to work with. Undergoing such a permanent change to my body wasn’t something that I was talking lightly. In the past, I had plastic surgery that didn’t turn out as I expected, and the last thing I wanted was a repeat of that type of disappointment. Dr miles did not do right by me .we talked on many occasions about my breast implant I did not want them big he said the pain in my armpit would go way I told him if he's see anything wrong when doing the surgery do not put the breast implants in just remove the tissue expander and close me back up he did not do so instead he falsified a document stateing and I was clear from cancer on that left side which was untrue he did both of my implants wrong there very uneven and I am in pain in the left side very badly the swolleness still has not gone down I have a shiny appearance over the left breast I can't sleep and the breast implant is like putting a size 10 feet into a size 5 shoes I am incredibly disappointed and I told the staff I would never come back I've been having complications with throwing up like mucus coughing when I tried to lay down I feel like the left side of my chest is going to cave in I have sleepless nights and I have to have these implants removed he's not a good surgeon to me and he's a liar Dr miles did not do right by me .we talked on many occasions about my breast implant I did not want them big he said the pain in my armpit would go way I told him if he's see anything wrong when doing the surgery do not put the breast … More

I was referred to Dr. Miles by my general doctor. I'm so happy that I was referred to him. I had a breast reduction/lift in April 2021. From our first consultation until after my surgery, Dr. Miles has been extremely attentive. He explained the process during the consultation and the day of the surgery. He answered all my questions. I felt very confident with the procedure because he is extremely knowledgeable. All the staff during the surgery were incredible. He has changed my life for the better and I will be forever be grateful to him. I know that I have a while to go before I see the scars heal and fade but I'm excited that everything is healing well. I am currently a patient of Dr. Marshall Miles, a plastic surgeon. He is a friendly and personable doctor. He has taken take care of an issue with excess fat and skin that had developed on the inside and outside of my thighs because of losing a lot of weight. After having removed this, he has been working with me, making sure that I am recuperating comfortably and healing well. He personally called me to check in. He is caring and reassuring and has made me feel safe. He has taken his time with me at appointments, answering all my questions. I highly recommend him as a surgeon.

I have had Dr Miles as my surgeon now for the past year and a half. Since then he has completed 3 skin removal surgeries (2 on my abdomen and my arms), a mons pubis lift, breast lift, and my first round of liposuction in my legs. He has been such a pleasure to work with. He is very clear when explaining the surgeries and what to expect before and his aftercare checkins are detailed caring and pleasant. He is an artist and I feel grateful that I have found such an amazing surgeon who I absolutely trust. I have more surgeries to complete before I am where I would like to be and there isn’t any other surgeon I would want to work with. On February 11th 2021 I had an injury that included four factures of my left orbital bone. The injury required surgery to repair the damage. Dr. Marshall Miles is the doctor who performed the surgery. The doctor reviewed the procedure with my wife and I. He took extra time to assure us that he would do everything necessary to properly repair the damage. The doctor was very reassuring and made me feel more at ease. After the surgery Dr. Miles spoke to my wife and explained to her how the procedure went and that I was doing well. When the stiches were removed from the areas where the surgery had been performed, I saw little to no traces of scarring. I would recommend Dr. Miles to anyone in need of reconstructive or cosmetic surgery. He and is team were very professional and extremely comforting to my wife and I throughout my ordeal.

I have to say that I chose the best surgeon in PA, from the first day I met him he gave me a lot of security and he clarified all doubts I had. His patience and humility made me feel that he was the perfect surgeon whom I could trust my body. Now after 6 weeks of my Abdominal Lipectomy surgery and following the recommendation of Dr. Miles I can see the results and I LOVE IT. I'm so happy with the results and my scar is looking beautiful. I waited 6 weeks to write this because I wanted to see the results. I know that there is still a long way to see the final results but, I know that I will look more beautiful day by day.

Dr. Miles has helped me through some of my worst moments of my life, after I made some poor cosmetic choices on myself. I ended up in the ER and under-the-knife many times, hoping to fix this mistake as it has put my life in risk. He was recommended to me since he already has a great reputation and I took my chance. It was an amazing decision as Dr. Miles listened to me from beginning to end, and gave me a plan and action to fix the mistakes that other surgeons have done. After the first surgery that Dr. Miles had done, I saw myself in a whole new, positive light. He's an experienced and knowledgeable surgeon, and a true people person, as him and his staff always made me feel comfortable and welcome, and Dr. Miles had given me my life back. I have gone to Dr. Miles for over 6 years for any more cosmetic decisions, and I can't see myself going to anyone else. He's more than 5 stars, to me, he needs a million of them.

I had two procedures done at once, bilateral brachioplasty (armlifts) and a inverted T abdominal lipectomy (tummy). Had all this removed due to weight loss after gastric. Pleased overall with my results. He listens and I feel very skilled. There is still some tissue bulging and he is going to fix it. I would recommend him for plastic surgery.

Horrible Experience with the Dr Marshall G Miles I visited Dr Miles to remove the Keloid Scars across my chest over my right breast and under my arm right side. The Keloids still remain and he also removed part of my breast while attempting to remove the Keloid. The procedure failed. Now this breast is deformed and smaller than my other breast. His attitude was that it was not his fault because I am prone to Keloids. (He should have warned me that the surgery would not be successful if wanted to proceed with it, he did not.) Also, I developed an infection from my Keloid scar that he supposedly attempted to remove, still being there under my arm during the same surgery, that leaked pus several weeks after the surgery. He finally had to redo the procedure for that Keloid scar that still remains. At the same surgery he removed a Basil cancer on my nose which left a huge scar on my nose. I'm in tears what he did to me, scarred for life and deformed from a Plastic Surgeon.

I went to Dr. Miles for excision of hidradenitis. The general surgeon I went to wouldn't do it because he figured I would need a skin flap or something that the plastic surgeon would be able to so. Well I ended up getting the surgery twice, I have huge scars in my groin area and everything is lopsided and deformed now. I'm sure the general surgeon could have made it look just the same, so why go to a plastic surgeon? Then, when my incisions wouldn't close up, he turned it into my fault and said I must be diabetic or pre diabetic or have a fungal infection. I went to a pcp and turns out I am none of those things. He just didn't know how to treat it properly. If you have the same skin problem that I do, I would never reccomend going to him. I went to Dr. Miles for excision of hidradenitis. Dr. Miles is absolutely amazing. Just had surgery yesterday and he answered any and all questions prior. Made me feel comfortable and very sweet to my 2 toddlers since they had to come with in the am. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Miles did two procedures for me. He did exactly what he said he said he would do. I feel his work is excellent. His staff is wonderful and they always make me feel welcome at every appointment.

No information in consultation visit to base an informed decision to have surgery. 90% of all the stiches came loose two weeks after surgery leaving gapeing, open, deep, oozing wounds that were VERY painful! I had my surgery on Feb.19th, 2016. Didn't see any Dr. from his firm until March 13th. when I drove myself to the ER @ LVH & they admitted me. He showed up the following day! NO CARE from his office post surgery! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone! Very disappointed!

I want to thank Dr. Miles for treating me for a very bad wound from infection. It was worse than I realized at the time I could have died or lost my whole leg. Thanks to Dr. Miles I have healed completely after 2 plastic surgery graphs and the infection was cured. I also want to commend the tool used after surgery called the Wound Vac.
