Dr. Marshall William Anderson

This Doctor is rude, he barely takes anytime doing an “evaluation”, and just says you have nothing wrong, when in fact you end up needing surgery because there is something wrong. Aside from that, I believe he is very dismissing of the hispanics that go through his care. They never seem to have anything, and he doesn’t seem to listen to ones concerns. Worst experience ever!!

Dr. Anderson is such a kind Dr. He has really good bedside manners. He always has done an exceptional exam.

I had a ear injury at work that caused my hearing to distort higher pitch and nonstop noise (tinnitus) for two week straight that also made me feel nautilus and hard of hearing. I went in to skagit regional clinics for a check up to where I was told to wait for a week and see if my hearing problems got any better, which it did not. I was then set up an appointment at Marshall W. Anderson, MD for October 6 by Skagit region clinics for a more extensive hearing check up and tests. On the day of the appointment all that Dr anderson did was look into my ear for two minutes and was told I was good. I then said I was told this visit was going to have a more extensive hearing test but the dr said to go to a family doctor since l&I in did not cover it and that I should've carried hearing protection even though the the company is supposed to provide it . I don't recommend Dr anderson. I had to take a day off work just to have nothing come out of it besides being told what I should've done. I saw dr Anderson to get a referral for an MRI . My primary Dr was on vacation and I didn't want to wait 2 weeks for his return for the authorization. Dr Anderson refused the authorization and told me he didn't need to look at my X-Ray because they are misleading. He then told me that I only had a charley horse in my back. The X-Ray clearly showed a partial dislocation of my L3 vertebrae. Run, don't walk away from this dr. He thinks he knows more than he does and is a danger to patients.

Highly recommend Skagit Regional clinic in Mount Vernon for DOT physical. Dr. Anderson and his team are wonderful.

Dr. Marshall Anderson cares about the drivers and workers who come to him for medical certification. He performs this all fast and affordable. In doing so he lets us do our jobs effectively and safely. I applaud him for being there with a flexible schedule for keeping us strong and healthy. In doing so, he is pleasing the business community by keeping our economy strong.

Dr. Anderson is an excellent choice for anyone needing a competent, caring and thorough physician.

Trying to get a job . This Doctor requested all sorts of information. Does he not realize times are hard right now and people need to make a living!!!

Husband went in to Anderson as he was referred there. Totally treated him like he was waisting Anderson’s time. When he clearly was moving my husbands shoulder, he heard the pops in it and knew he was in severe pain..can’t even lift his arm up! (note: my husband would not even take pain medicine..he just wanted his shoulder to get better....but seems to be all the doctors want to do..or act like he’s one of the fakers that ruin it for the ones actually in need of care) He treated my husband like why was he even there. Dr.Anderson is probably the nicest Doctor I have ever met, he came into the room for my CDL quickly did what he had to do, THANKED ME then sent me down the hall for my drug screen. Thank YOU Dr.Anderson, you're the best at what you do!

I called to make a DOT physical and was on hold for 36, that's THIRTY SIX minutes. Once the unidentified female finally answered, I said I would like to make a appointment could you tell me what afternoons you have available?! Was put on hold for another 6 minutes. I was struck by a 150 pound beam at the base of the neck and head. He used the old criteria to determine whether I had a concussion. IE did I loose consciousness? It is common knowledge that 90% of people who get a concussion, DO NOT LOOSE CONSCIOUSNESS. I went back to work and made my condition much worse. I was not given any information about what to watch out for and have suffered nearly 5 years because of it.

He used out dated criteria and missed a concussion diagnosis that has affected me for almost 5 years. He sent me right back to work which made my problem even worse.

I visited Dr. Anderson for an I-693 Immigrant physical, which was conducted by Dr. Anderson and his staff. I waited for over 30 minutes in the waiting room and in the patients room, when Dr. Anderson did show up he just briefly listen to her heart and said 'OK', sending me on my way with a sealed envelope to give the USCIS for my green card application. He visited with me for less than 1 minute and did not answer any questions. We filed our application with their documents we obtained from their clinic (which had to be sealed), recently in my immigration interview, the case officer looked at the forms they submitted and not only did they not sign the forms, over 1/2 of the application was NOT filled out. Since Dr. Anderson's staff has REFUSED any reimbursement or any help, and we know have to wait an additional 2 more months to process my Green Card Application. We are currently filing complaints with several services to hopefully get our money and time back!
