I am a 67 yr old man who was rushed to the hospital in Manchester CT on Thanksgiving Day due to complications from a Lithotripsy I had the week before. The next morning I was scheduled for surgery, this was when my wife and I first met Dr. Murphy-Setzko. As I was being prepped, Dr. Murphy-Setzko took the time to explain what was going on, and what she was going to do to put my wife's mind at ease. The surgery took longer than she thought, but when she was done she came out and again spent the time to explain things to my wife. Dr, Murphy-Setzko continued to check on me for the next two weeks. Dr. Murphy is incredible, it is rare to find a doctor that combines such a personal touch with outstanding medical care! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist!

On my first visit with Dr Murphy-Setzko listened and created a working plan that solved my bladder UTI problem that has been trailing me since December 2019 and two weeks after surgery, all annoying symptom have cleared up. I'm a 70 year old male diagnosed with chronic prostatitis and experiencing episodes of pelvic pain that has kept me from getting an adequate night's sleep for the last 2 years. I met Dr. (M-S) because my Urologist was unavailable. She made me feel comfortable right from the start, actually took the time to listen to what I had to say and explained the examination she was going to do to and why. Then, she explained what she was doing step-by-stop during the exam. When finished, she explained what she learned and what steps I should take going forward and why. She also asked me to call and let her know how I was doing. I called her and thanked her. In short, I got immediate relief. I'm better educated about what is really happening and know how to keep it going this way. I'm a real fan of Dr. (M-S) and her approach to working with patients.

Dr. Murphy Setzko is a fine doctor and a warm and sensitive human being who cares deeply about her patients,she has a way of making what can be an uncomfortable situation seem like it will be alright. Dr MS preformed a urethral reconstruction surgery on me on 2012. Dr MS told me that she would code my procedure differently to avoid further billing from my insurance. Dr MS also told me that she would wave my copay/bill from Woodland urology and Woodland anesthesia. When I received a bill from each office I called Dr MS. The secretary asked why I wanted to speak with her and I told her it was concerning a bill. Dr MS never replied to any of my messages ever again.

She is the best ever.. I wish she was still in practice and pray she is okay, in good health and happy in life.. Come back, your patients miss you...
