This place is DISGUSTING. I do not recommend coming here. The front desk is VERY rude when you call. The wait time in the waiting room is Ridiculous. It was overall an awful experience and I will not be coming back.

Takes forever to get called back. Schedule too many ppl in the same day. Only one OB here, very unsanitary. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

My first encounter with Dr. Gleason was at North Baldwin Infirmary. I was having some complications with my pregnancy. She came in and explained to us what she believed was going on and what the best way to handle it was. She was there for us after the surgery was well, to discuss anything we have questions/concerns about.

THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I arrived at 10 and it is now 12:45 and I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN Mrs Gleason / A DOCTOR I stayed in the waiting room for 2 1/2 hrs and been sitting in the back for almost 45 MINUTES. I could have just as well gave them a negative score. The first visit was ok, I wasn’t impressed at all with anything. The second visit was bad. As I was waiting in the patient room, I glanced down at the floor, and it was filthy! I scanned the rest of the room, it wasn’t as bad a s the floor, but it was not a place I would ever return. There was gunk all around the legs of the table which had to be at least a couple of years old. The instruments were not autoclaved, but just pulled out of a bucket with the blue anti-microbial liquid in it. Afterwards, she just dropped it back in the bucket. There were 3 in the bucket, so seems that is SOP. I’m not sure, that might be legal, but it doesn’t give me a sense of cleanliness or anything close to being sterile. As far as the doctor goes, seemed as if she needed some updated training, or some additional education to be current with the average gynecologist. The sign outside should be a clue to us all. If they don’t care about the appearance of their one sign, they sure don’t care about their own office or the workers. If they are so lackadaisical as to allow this for so long, then that shows me they just don’t care anymore... Are you kidding. H no, I’m not going back! Sat here for over an hour with my cousin to be taken back. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS!!! I wouldn’t recommend going here. It shouldn’t take that long to be seen.

There is a little bit of a wait but Shea definitely worth it. She actually takes time to this to you.

I love Dr. Gleason and all her staff. Everyone was super friendly. Instead of sitting with a PA and discussing health concerns, I was able to discuss this all with Doctor Gleason. She helped with a better understanding on what is a better option for my situation.

Dr. Gleason is very good at what she does! She's actually concerned about her patients and is super thorough! I love that! Her staff are also quite nice and helpful. I will continue to travel the lengthy distance that I do to get the awesome care that they provide!

It's a long wait but definitely worth it!

If I can give this doctor and her staff half a star, I would. They don’t even deserve a full star. Maybe a quarter. For one, the wait time is ridiculous. They will give you an appointment time and you won’t see the doctor for two hours. I went in at 1pm one time and left without seeing the doctor because I had to go to work. I left at 3:30pm and they tried to beg me to stay. I just switched doctors. Also she ALWAYS wants to see the patient in person as oppose to just telling them their lab results over the phone. She called me to tell me I HAD to come into the office so she can say my pregnancy is high risk and she is referring me to a high risk doctor and that was it. She could’ve done that over the phone (I’ve gone to other OBGYN’s where they disclosed your lab results over the phone if you chose to.)At that time I lived 25 miles away, I was livid I had to drive the 20 minutes sit for 2 hours for her to tell me that. I honestly believe she just wants to file insurance on every single visit no matter what the case is. Secondly, I’ve moved and submitted a form to Gleason’s office for them to release my medical records to my new doctor via fax in my new doctors office and we have been waiting for almost a month for this to be completed. If I was in driving distance I would’ve just went there and had them give me the hard copies. Oh, they are open on Mondays and Friday’s but choose not to answer the phones that day. Makes no sense. I’m still waiting for them to send my medical records as we speak and I originally sent the request on 12/13/2017. If I can give this doctor and her staff half a star, I would. Loved Dr Gleason and all of her staff!!! The North Baldwin Infirmary OB dept was also fabulous!!! I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or group of nurses!!!!

Dr.Gleason for most cares for her patients on a family level. When under her care you know she's going to go beyond her ability to answer questions and all test are performed to insure that all base are covered.. Her ability to perform surgery is amazing.. Great Doctor. She takes up a lot of time with her patients and is very good at explaining things.
