Dr. Mark J Yurchisin

Dr. Yurchisin is the first GN that I feel truly listened to me. He validated the concerns I was having and made me feel like a true priority during my appointment. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Yurchisin is a WONDERFUL doctor & person. In the past, my experiences at the GYN were very painful without explanation, & I subsequently had so much anxiety going to the GYN because of this. It's caused me to cancel appointments repeatedly in the past because of this fear; however, my experience with Dr. Yurchisin changed all of that. Dr. Yurchisin spent so much time talking with me beforehand, listening to my concerns, & treating me like a real human being, taking all of my fears & concerns seriously. He did everything to make me feel better mentally & physically, including using different equipment, listening to my preferences during the exam, moving at a pace I was comfortable with, etc. I’m still in awe when I think about my experience because for the first time, I did not experience pain during my exam. There were tears of relief, hugs, & fist bumps from Dr. Yurchisin. I would recommend him to anybody! I feel very lucky to have no anxiety whatsoever about going to GYN anymore.

I recently moved to Bowling Green about 8 months ago, and I saw Dr. Yurchisin for the first time last week. He spent so much time talking with me beforehand, listening to my concerns, and treating me like a real human being, taking all of my fears and concerns seriously. He was caring and non-judgemental. Dr. Yurchisin did everything to make me feel better mentally, but also physically, including using different size equipment, listening to my preferences during the exam, moving at a pace I was comfortable with, etc. I am still in awe when I think about my experience because for the first time in my life I did not experience pain during my exam. There were tears of relief and happiness, hugs, and fist bumps from Dr. Yurchisin. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an intelligent, experienced, extremely gentle, and understanding doctor. I feel very lucky to have no anxiety whatsoever about going to GYN anymore.

Dr. Y is extremely capable, competent, and kind. He listens well and makes me feel like he always has time for my concerns. His wait times are very brief - he really values each patient’s time. He has been my doctor for over 20 years and I wish all of my providers were as skilled and caring as Dr. Yurchisin.

I trust Dr. Yurchisin completely. He will be my gynecologist as long as he chooses to continue his practice. He considers his work a ministry and I feel his concern for me and my health.

I’ve been to Dr. Yurchsin for years. He is the most wonderful dr. He takes his time and listens to what I have to say. He’s always the same and cares about his patients.

Dr Yurchinsin is a fantastic doctor.

He has been my dr for over 30 years. And has always took time to explain any issues that I might have he delivered my son 29 years ago.and has always treated me well and in a professional way. I would highly recommend him .

Dr Yurchisin is an excellent doctor. He understands interstitial cystitis, a bladder disease, and has great compassion for you. He gets you in to his office ASAP when you are hurting from interstitial cystitis. He might for other conditions too, but this is what I primarily see him for.

Based on a recommendation from a colleague, I started seeing Dr. Yurchisin in 2001. Even though I now live two states away, I drive almost four hours every year for my annual exam with him; that's how much I respect and trust him. He listens to you. He doesn't rush you. If you're experiencing a challenge, he keeps working with you to find a sound solution for your health/well-being. If you have an after-hours emergency, he calls you back. LOVE him (and his reliable, friendly staff too)!

Dr. Yurchisin is very knowledge, talented, and compassionate physician. He goes above and beyond to make sure he answers all your questions. He always has time to listen to your concerns and time to make sure you understand the information he is providing. The office staff is wonderful. They are very prompt and effecient.

Dr. Yurchison has been my gynecologist for over 10 years now. He has always treated me with respect, explained everything very thoroughly, and always shown compassion. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physician with not only a lot of knowledge but one who takes care of his patients very well.

I have been going to Dr. Yurchisin for almost 20 years. He's the best doctor there is. When I came to him the first time I had been to several other doctors that had no idea what was wrong. After telling him all my symptoms he knew exactly what the problem was. He was able to do surgery and got me back to feeling normal again. He always takes his time with you and never makes you feel rushed. He's the BEST!!!!!!!

Dr. Yurchinsin and his staff make you feel like you are apart of their family. Dr. Yurchinsin always answers any questions I have and will explain in depth. He will also give me additional resources to follow up on what he has discussed to further educate myself. He is very knowledgeable in this profession and I trust his professional opinion in matters discussed. His staff is also amazing and very welcoming as well.

I have been a patient for nearly 30 years and his list of patients also include my daughter and granddaughter. I would highly recommend him to women of any age.

Dr. Yurchisin is awesome, I’ve been going to him for 15 + years. I had 3 children delivered by OBs since he doesn’t deliver babies during this 15 year period and always came back to Dr. Yurchisin as my GYN. He spends time answering any questions, provides me with pamphlets or other printouts if necessary. He also respects your time. I rarely wait over 15 minutes to see him and am almost always in and out in under an hour. He is helpful and friendly and his office staff is too. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the care I’ve received from Dr. Yurchisin. I recently had an abnormal finding and was quickly able to see him within a few days. He performed a very thorough history and physical, taking his time to fully understand all of my concerns. He came up with a plan of care that was conservative and with excellent rationales. I would recommend Dr. Yurchisin to anyone of my family or friends.

Excellent doctor, gives you plenty of time to explain your symptoms, very knowledgeable and overall nice as a person. Office wait time was minimal in my case. I would highly recommend this doctor.
