I had booked a appointment for being a first time patient and asked if they take 17 year olds. The receptionist repeatedly told me they do. So I booked my appointment with the earliest date possible because this pain is unbearable. They called me days before confirming information until 1 hour before the appointment they called me and cancelled because they don't take minors. Really unprofessional that the front desk does not know accurate information. 2 weeks waiting for this appointment and cant even be seen. Wow these reviews are better than the service I received: he was more interested in talking to my husband then me. I came in for evaluation of neck and back pain and was told "use heat, a specific shoe and OTC topical cream": all which I have been doing. I have been in excruciating pain and that was all I got. He seem nervous and lacked confidence. I would never recommend him under any circumstances.

My chiropractor referred me to DR.Young after being rear-ended, first time there the office rubbed me wrong I was told payment could be done upon settlement since I was rear ended . . .no I got a phone call from I believe his office manager while in the room pretty much harassing me telling me I had to pay my deductible and go through my health insurance I was already an emotional mess after dealing with this and multiple phone calls with the guy who hit me car insurance in severe pain from the accident. Then I was informed my lawyer needed to send in a certain piece of paper ok and it was done. I tried acupuncture I didn't notice the difference I can see how calming it is to the nerves but with pain it didn't help. Dr.Young was good but for some reason office staff dosen't listen they still billed my health insurance after being told no and they sent the bill to my lawyer so technically double dipping I had to call my health insurance and go through attempt a stop payment but I was told they couldn't because they already paid, more money out of my pocket but now have to go through a more difficult process and sue the insurance company geico to get it back what a nightmare and I will never use this office or DR. Again because its made things even more difficult and clearly don't listen or comply with what they said they would do. I have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Mark Young for over 25 years. He is one of the most ethical healthcare providers that I personally know. Dr. Young provides quality healthcare to all of his patients. I would personally recommend his services.

Dr. Young is a compassionate, knowledgable doctor who genuinely cares for each patient and provides outstanding quality of medical care. The office staff are friendly and professional as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a specialist with an excellent medical practice!

Saw Dr. Young about 2 years ago for my leg pain the insurance was trying to say didnt exist he was able to prove and explain why it was happening thank you Dr. Young for your help.

I had seen many doctors and specialists. It wasn’t until I got to Dr. Young that I felt someone truly cared for me. His kindness and compassion got me through a very difficult time in my life.

Dr. Young is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have ever met. Even when I was out of his specialty he helped me find other doctors and hospitals on his own time. He truly cares for his patients.

Wonderful doctor and person. Excellent acupuncturist. I've been going to Dr. Young off and on for over a year. He has been treating me for my chronic sinusitis. His compassion for his patients is hard to come by in today's society. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who is seeking help through acupuncture.

Dr Young genuinely cares about his patients. He went out of his way to help me figure out what was wrong with me. He took time to explain my condition and gave me potential ways to resolve my issue. I've been to many doctors in the past and hands down, I would give Dr Young the best rating of all!

Dr. Young is a wonderful doctor and person. He is the most compassionate, caring medical person I have ever been associated with. He goes the extra step to get his patients pain free and as healthy as possible. His staff is also very attentive and caring. I have highly recommended him to my family and friends.

Went to Dr.Young for Acupuncture. It was well worth it. He is so nice and made me feel better.

I've been to many pain practices and docs around the baltimore area but nobody compares to Dr. Mark Young, his knowledge, professionalism, & expertise, is unparalleled and amazing. I had severe pain that no one was able to get to the root of for years. Dr. Young quickly got to the root of it and with his treatment plan for me I can finally, after years of suffering in pain, say that I am living pain free and finally able to enjoy my life. Also, his office and office staff are really nice and welcoming, so going is just a very positive experience. I had severe fibromyalgia, constant pain, Dr. Mark Young and his team got to the root of it right away and I can say I am finally doing SO much better. I owe so much to him and his team. The office and staff is so nice and friendly, it helps create an overall very positive athmosphere. Thank you Dr Young!

Dr. Young is a published author and his book "Women's Pain', is an easy yet handy read to have available. His bed side manner is gentle but stern, he listens to his patients, and takes time to explain treatment in verbage his patients understand with a non-judgmental attitude.
