Dr Workman and his entire office is not short of amazing! After 2 years of horrific sciatic pain, went through 2 surgeries and multiple procedures to resolve, this is the only place that truly became my remedy. Dr Workman never gave up on my case, even after 2 failed spinal stimulator trials, finally have one implanted by Workman and it has literally saved my life. I now can do my daily tasks without constant pain and am enjoying my life again. Also…Chad the Medtronic rep who works with Dr Workman is such a pleasure to work with and someone who you will completely trust and be comfortable with. LOVE these guys! I’ve gone to Dr. Workman for years, and he’s been my pain management doctor through very severe pain and surgery. I’ve had several injections for neck and back pain. His very concerned about my health, and his nurse practitioners I’ve seen have been excellent.

Total waste of time!! I was referred to them by another Dr. who sent all of my records over and no one there bothered to read through them until I show up to tell me they can't see me!!! Wasted 3 weeks waiting for appointment and 3 hours driving!!! I even told them over the phone what was going on with my situation prior to appointment 2 different times! Total waste of time!! They are a great place to get treatment for pain.The staff is great they are courteous n helpful.Dr.Workman listen n will answer all the questions you might have over your procedure.

I have been Dr. Workman's patient for over five years with monthly visits. I owe him a "thank you' for making it possible for me to live. I have chronic pain in my back and legs that prevent me from doing anything but suffer in agony twentyfour hours of each day. After a thorough exam and medical tests, Dr. Workman determined what type of medication and its dosage that I needed to subdue my pain. He and his staff are extremely helpful and professional when I need immediate assistance and always respond in a timely manner. Now, that I am prescribed exactly what is need for my individual pain and its severity, I have a better quality of life at 70 years. "Thank you" Dr. Workman and your compassionate nurses, office workers and other medical staff. Dr. Workman has been my Dr for over 17 years. He and his staff are AWESOME. I highly recommend him for all your pain problems. He DOES listen to you but decides what he recommend for treatment with your care in mind. Very very curtius and professional..

Dr. Workman has failed to treat the pain and is now worse from one side of back nerve burn. Additionally, Business Management office very rude and inflexible with insurance. Claimed it was law to enforce medicare rules when dealing with private non-medicare insurance plan. Despite medical director calling to approve work that needed to be completed. Would not move a procedure up 2 days because it didn't fit medicare timelines. Cost patient an additional $1K. Staff didn't care and rude to both myself and my insurance company. I will have these services performed in Dallas Ft. worth in the future. This guy is the only pain doctor in town. They were the best at treating my pain,unfortunately due to my mistake to stopping seeing them was a lifetime sentence. Now I have no one to help me. My parents passed 2 years ago, no family to turn to, I just wish they would reconsider seeing me again and give me back a quality of life again.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Workman since 2013 and his staff has always been great. Dr. Workman has really helped me with my pain.

they try to push hydro, i told no on a bowl problem, then told me dont call. dr, never called.they new i was having problems, they didnt care.un professsioonal.

One star for the receptionists. I fired them due to absolutely ridiculously rude treatment while I was very ill that impacted my pain medication. They THEN sent a letter via certified mail to say /they/ were firing /me/ due to a supposed breach of contract (that allegedly occurred 30 days prior). Vindictive, much?

He explained everything in detail where I could understand what is going to happen. He also has a good bedside manner.

Dr Workman is an awesome Dr. His office is run very proficient. Ge gets you in and out, you never have to set there very long. From the time you walk in and check in and see the nurse and see the dr or nurse practitioner and walk out is less than hour. Never disappointed.

I'm a retired surgery nurse so very particular when selecting a doctor. Dr Workman has been taking care of me for 10+ years. He truly LISTENS to you, does not rush you. He knows what he is doing. His technique is stellar. He's kept me walking and helped to control my pain when I was told 10 years ago I'd be in a wheelchair by others within 5 years. Dr. Workman has helped alleviate my back pain. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and attuned to his patients problems. I even took my mother to him when she was here visiting out of state for about 10 months.

My appointment was at 9:40a. I arrived at 9:20 and was only in waiting rm 5 mins. The nurse came and counted the medication I brought with me and in just a few minutes I saw the Dr. . What I really appreciate about Dr Workman is that he listens and respects my opinion. His practice provides a safe way to manage my pain and I am very grateful for his help. Without it I would not be able to work and raise two of my grandchildren

Dr. Workman's office is extremely well organized and patient oriented. I am usually checked in and in the exam room in five or six minutes or less and there is very little wait time in the exam room before Dr. Workman or a Practitioner arrives. Dr. Workman has done an excellent job of managing my chronic back pain and has earned my trust and respect as a physician.

Treats the person kind and cares about your health. Has given me repleaf from pain now for a few years. With out him I would have no quailty to my life. All around great person. His office staff are the best always there to get you in when you need to be there

Appoinyments are maintained timely with very leofessiobal staff.

After an injury at a hospital having a baby Dr. Workman saved my life. Pain was taking over my life and as a single mom it was affecting everything. I'm absolutely grateful. He also gave my father a much better quality of life for his last 18 years. Him and all of his staff really care about their patients. I feel like we are friends.

I urge you to find a more qualified doctor to treat you for your pain needs. Doctor Workman placed a spinal cord stimulator in my back and caused more damage and pain then ever before. I never had back problems until after it was placed. Also I asked if any treatment other then pain pills could be offered for pain and becaused I wasn’t receptive to his pain pill pushing ways I was asked to dumb my pills and leave with having CRPS. Very uncaring doctor. It takes someone with no heart to do this.

I have been seeing Dr Workman and his Nurse Practitioners for a few years now. He is a caring physician who asks questions about my pain and listens and treats appropriately. He follows the rules for dispensing pain meds which I consider as a plus- no addicts here. I highly recommend him and his associates as well as his office staff.

There's doctors with great "bedside manner" but lousy "technique" & doctors with great "technique" but lousy "bedside manner". Dr. Mark Workman is awesome in both instances. I would ONLY recommend him! He's been keeping me going for 10+ years.

Dr. Workman has kept me going for over 10 years. Every aspect of care has been stellar.

I have been going to Dr. Workman for about 5 months now and I have to say I am very impressed with the care he and his staff show. Dr. Workman listens to what you have to say and then talks with you about your options for your care, I like that in a Dr. as it makes you feel he really listens to you. I would recommend him to anyone I know, and to many I just meet.

When he explains things he makes sure I understand all concepts of what is going to happen. When needing refills I have not had any problems. When I need to reschedule something they change the appointment with no complaints.

After just seeing him twice in 7 months; the only advice he had for me was "I don't do headaches" omg really! I'm dealing with pain in my shoulders, lower back, left arm, wrist, hand, left side, left leg. And he says; "I don't do headaches!" Btw the 2 stars are for the staff! The staff are great!

Dr. Workman is my hero. I had been in constant pain for over 5 years. Sometimes just getting dressed causes so much back pain my whole body shakes. Dr. Workman has given me significant relief. If I could get there, I would shout from the rooftops recommendations. I've read some reviews that found Dr Workman's "bedside manner lacking".. I have never found him unpleasant. I don't know about bedside manner, I'm not looking for a new BFF. I'm looking for relief from my back pain and Dr. Work

No real issues with Dr. Workman other than it took a very long time to get in to see him. I switched to a new doctor a couple years ago because of this. When my current doctor referred me back to him for a neck injection I was told by his admin office that they refused to schedule an appointment because there was a note in their system that I was rude over the phone 2 years ago. I have no idea what they are talking about. The only thing I said two years ago was that I was switching to a new doc.

Lack of patient well being and overall care blow my mind, thank you dr. You are quite possibly going to be a reason for the "22%". Thanks for nothing.....-US VET-

Love Dr Workman and staff I highly recommend this Dr Best pain mgmt care I've ever received and uve been seen 14 months. He's very caring and goes out of his way to listen and makes time to see you on a personal basis if you are concerned. This is not a cattle call pill mill so don't expect it
