I've always been treated with the utmost professionalism, whenever I've had a procedure performed. Dr Worford knew that I was nervous, and constantly asked how I was feeling. I've been a patient of his for 20-30 years, and have never had a complaint.

My husband and I love him and people who have told to go to here now they call him Doctor No pain

Omg I don’t know where to begin. I allowed my dental health go way to long without much needed attention. That was due to many unpleasant experiences with dentist. Then my neighbor recommended Dr. Worford. Total game changer on how I felt about dentist. He has the best bed side manner! So gentle and caring. Through my whole procedure he asked how I was feeling and was I ok. His staff is very professional and just as caring as he is. I highly recommend Dr. Worford!

My visit with Dr. Worford today was what I expected. The office was very clean and the welcome by the receptionist was very warm. Even though I was a few minutes late, but her was greetings made me relaxed. Dr. Worford’s dental assistant was very nice. He had me prep and ready for Dr. Worford. He took an x-ray and the consultation began. We had a clear understanding of the procedure that was recommended by the doctor. Overall a very good visit. I would recommend Dr. Worford for anyone who needs a compassionate dentist. Very pleasant and friendly.

After rave reviews from a current patient of Dr. Worford, I was excited to finally book an appointment after months of putting it off due to Covid. Unfortunately, I will never know if he stands by his stellar reputation. I called to schedule an appointment and can't say I cared for his receptionist, Shaun's, short tone after I couldn't find my insurance ID number- so I politely stated that I was not going to book the appointment, thanked her, and hung up. Which was well within my right. Shaun called back asking why I hung up on her. I gently explained that I certainly did not. She clearly took offense and proceeded to hang up on me. Wow. I can't begin to understand how someone in an office setting could be so abrasive and unprofessional. What a way to start the new year. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Who knows. What I do know is I will continue my search for not only a great dentist, but a dentist with exceptional employees. Hopefully, new future patients are met with friendlier and professional office staff. Called to schedule an appointment but his front office staff, Shaun, was so short and impatient that I informed her I no longer wanted to make an appointment. She called me back and accused me of hanging up on her and continued on in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and hung up on me. I'm baffled at the level of unprofessionalism. Good vibes for 2021. I don't need this level of ill-manner and impertinence. If I have to go through the Hunger Games of front desk staff just to get a good dental cleaning then forget it.

I have been seeing Dr. Worford for about 4 years and I found his service a very excellent service . I would highly recommend him.
