Dr Wood is by far one of the BEST specialist out there. He is very honest and guinely care rather than all about making money. I got my root canel from him. I highly recommend him!!!!

I’ve had several root canals over the decades, the first happening in the late 1980’s. This morning I had root canals by Dr. Wood on two upper rear molars. The entire procedure, start to finish, was a step or two above any of my prior endodontist experiences. Dr. Wood is a master at his profession. I was in and out in about an hour! No pain because of precise local anesthesia. Just a first class experience, and affordable too!

Dr. Wood was able to fit me in for a consult and root canal very quickly. It was a great relief because I couldn't sleep or eat well for a number of days. The pain was very difficult to handle. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Wood and his staff were. Friendly and professional. I was one of those problem patients that had trouble getting numb for the procedure. Dr. Wood made sure that I was completely numb before he started even though it put him behind his schedule. The procedure was completely painless.

Ive been dreading a root canal for years hearing lots of horror stories. After getting a root canal today by Dr Wood and Patricia, i think people with horror stories are going to the wrong place. Dr. Wood is a treasure. I had a difficult time deciding whether to go through with a re-treatment, and Dr. Wood had several long conversations with me about it, explaining everything in depth and with no pressure. Unlike so many other dentists, I never felt rushed or talked down to. We came to a mutual decision that I felt comfortable with, and I never doubted that Dr. Wood had my best interests at heart, even if it meant turning down business for him. The lady answering billing questions was not very helpful and at times pretty short. Insurance can be scary and uncertain, and as a patient I want to know (1) what the procedure is going to cost, and (2) if there's uncertainty around costs, what they are, and how they might be resolved. OMG Dr. Wood and his staff are amazing! They make you feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. Dr. Wood is so kind, is extremely skilled, and has a great sense of humor. I am a 68 year old Grandma who cannot tolerate the rubber dam needed for the sterile conditions necessary for the success of the root canal. At my consultation, Dr Wood suggested sedation. I jumped on this idea and was able to have two root canals in one sitting! A nurse anesthetist came to his office, put in an IV, and that is all I remember from my 90 minute procedure of having two root canals! No discomfort, no gripping the arms of the dental chair in sheer panic, and No Pain! If I ever need another root canal, I would not hesitate to return to this office!

Dr. Wood and his team have been excellent in the care of my younger daughter through an injury. Thoughtful, caring and effective. I highly recommend the doctor and his team. I have had bad experiences with dentists over the years. Enough so, it kept me away, and as a result, I have many problems with my teeth and gums. I finally bought the bullet and gave Dr Wood and his team a try. Two root canals, and I didn't feel a single thing. They are so good at what they do. I can't put into words how happy I am with their customer service and care. I will NEVER use anyone else, and I will NEVER be afraid again. It was well worth to 40 mile drive. Thank you to Dr. Wood and Melody for making a potentially stressful experience...well, not so stressful! I'm not the easiest patient, but you can tell these two have been a team forever. I felt well taken care of and in the greatest of hands. I wouldn't send my friends and family anywhere else.

I am a dentist who does almost all of my own root canals and as luck would have it ran into difficulty with my daughter's tooth. Knowing that Dr Wood had a microscope I referred my daughter to him and he was able to accomplish what I could not. I know how difficult this tooth was and was impressed with his ability and with my daughters report about the way she was treated personally. Kudos to Dr Wood!!
