I appreciated the visit with the doctor. My one comment is that I received no phone call regarding the results of my biopsy. Would have appreciated the phone call.

Was not very impressed. The front desk staff are very unprofessional. Not very friendly. I honestly wasted my time going there. Problem was not resolved. Never did Dr Mark mention he was going to refer me out, days later I received a referral. Unprofessional.

I have a small bump on my scalp and my general doctor froze is 3x. I have an extensive history of cancer and was referred to this doctor. His PA was awesome and prescribed some meds for my face. When the doc came in. He looked at it. I kid you not, he spent less than 60 seconds in the room. I am dumb founded. I’ll never go back again and will continue to encourage others to obtain a different dermatologist. I’m pretty sure he didn’t even read my chart. I wanted info on the things I checked on my paperwork.

They couldn’t care less about your situation. I’ve been calling twice to get my prescription refill, and now they say I need a blood test, which was never ordered from my doctor. I also think the front desk don’t flow down the messages and they are rude. They need better organizational skills and be more polite.

I have recommended Dr. Willoughby to friends and family, He is very caring and knowledgeable. His staff is great too!

Dr. Willoughby is always patient and takes time to answer questions and concerns in detail. Always super friendly staff!

Drs. Willoughby are kind and competent, with a friendly, helpful nature. Successful in finding a treatment for my long-time acne rosacea. Both the Sulfacleanse 8/4 and also some of the time release antibiotics like Oracea, originally. Thank you!

I've been a patient of Dr. Willoughby for several years. He's always pleasant and knowledgeable and the visits are a good experience. I'm very satisfied with the care he provides.

Like other people mentioned that the front desk people are very rude and inside staffs are not nice especially assistants. They treated me like a laboratory mouse. Be aware that.

This dr is very professional, and quite at times, but has addressed all of my concerns on every visit. Unlike other doctors, it seems as though they want to get you back to normal as soon as possible, without all the political games that you would normally deal with at most medical practices. I send most people that I come across to doctor Willoughby with problems with weight, skin, or other cosmetic concerns that they may have. The office is nice on the inside and, and the staff is equally pleasant to work with. You will not be disappointed. The worst experience ever from the front office to Dr Willoughby! Will never step foot inside that office again.

Do not waste your time, money or effort at ANY office overseen by Dr. Mark A Willouhby. His staff is rude and unaware of payment policies advised by their own staff. Dr. Willoughby himself did not take the time to properly assess my scar, misdiagnosing a hypertrophic scar as a keloid scar simply because of the melanin in my skin. His practicing staff injected me with the wrong dosage of Kenalog shots and Dr. Willoughby's only advise was to come more often and spend more money. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Willougby laser treatments are the best. I lost years of sun damage off my face from just a couple of sessions. He treats all types of skins and his staff is the best.

Had an inital visit with Dr. Willoughby yesterday. The staff if friendly, efficient and caring. The doctors exam was very thourough but most important he spoke in ‘laymans’ terms which I could understand. He is very a very compassionate physician. Even though I was a new patient with paperwork to fill out, I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Willoughby and his staff. Linda

I went in for a consultation on a filler Dr. Mark Willoughby was very kind, informative and very honest, I truly felt like he was not trying to just make money he was giving me the best treatments at an affordable rate. I am very happy to say that he is my dermatologist and I highly recommend him to all my family and friends! Thank you Dr. Mark :)

Horrible experiences with this doctor and his staff, my boyfriend has psoriasis and this off has made it extremely difficult to get prescriptions and medication that he needs to manage this condition. When I call his offices (he has multiple offices) the staff is rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone especially to someone with a life long condition that requires prescriptions.
