Fantastic doctor and staff. My 8 year long issue diagnosed in 2 minutes!!! Highly recommend. Very patient and knowledgeable

Dr. Williams was very insensitive and rude. It was my first appointment with him and he would not listen to me when I was trying to explain what has been going on (I have been sick for months and have been told I may have an inner ear disorder.) He raised his voice at me and was so aggressive that I told him I was uncomfortable and got up to leave. He then proceeded to yell at me as I was leaving. He later stated that he works long days and is tired of explaining things to people. One thing that I find funny is this: I left reviews on September 2, 2016 on two websites. Each of those websites had one or two reviews before me. Now if you check you will see several reviews after my bad September 2nd review. Makes you wonder where those reviews are coming from... I have to say I have been going to see Dr. Mark Williams for ten years. He is a wonderful doctor. He is so patient and a great listener. I am so very thankful for his help in taking care of my needs each and every time I am in his office. Nicky his secretary is great and so helpful with appointments! As I left his office today feeling much better after he addressed an ear problem I was having I ran into a person in the elevator. I told her what a wonderful experience I had! She asked me for my doctors name! She put it in her phone and said she was looking for an ENT. I told her look further! Dr. Mark Williams is the best and I would highly recommend him!! I was recommended by a friend. Today was my first visit. The staff literally made me feel like I had been coming there for years. Super friendly. Dr. Williams was great and I will definitely be back if I need him. The office is old school with paper charts and they don't make you feel like a number, which I love!

Dr. Williams was very helpful and attentive. The staff got me in urgently and were very efficient in getting me checked in. Definitely a pleasant experience.

I have always had incredible service from the staff and excellent profession care from Doctor Willams. I would recommend both to anyone and everyone. This is how a doctor's office should be run. Dr. Williams is a great doctor and is very determined to help find out what's causing the ringing in my lef ear and why i'm off balance when I walk. I've seen him 3 times now and am very satisfied with the care and treatment I am getting from him and his staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Williams for years and he has always been wonderful in taking care of any issues I have. He explains things thoroughly and is very patient. I would highly recommend him.

What a great ENT! He was very calming for me. He listened about my problem and then explained to me what I had and what needed to be done for the resolution. I listened then sat through the procedure and in 3 days I was fine

Amazing experience at this office, from staff being welcoming to Dr. Williams being friendly as well at attentive and knowledgeable really put me at ease. Side note had an allergic reaction and told the office and they were on it ASAP!! They actually cared.

My husband lost his hearing in a car accident. The insurance company was trying to say he had the hearing loss already. Dr. Williams did one test at a time to have records of the fact that the hearing loss was not already there. He did not stop even when he was not getting paid for his services.
