My wife and family have been with Dr Wein for over 15 years and have had excellent service and care. He’s been professional, compassionate, and always seems to help. I highly recommend him.

I am only leaving 1 star because there is no option for zero. Dr. Mark Wein was was so aggressive and uncompassionate towards a very sensitive subject regarding my 9 year old son. My son and I left completely shook and I was on the verge of tears. We had not only waited 3 hours to be "seen" by Dr. Wein but they had a completely different birthday for my son and Dr. Wein was completely oblivious to the correction the nurses made prior to him stepping in the room. This left him barging in the room and I felt as though I was being interrogated. My son was so scared to have him talk about a sensitive subject (the reason for out visit) because Dr.Wein barged in the room and flung the door open so hard that it left a hole in the wall! I was shook and completely thrown off. He continued to ask the same questions over and over (like interrogation) and then said he would not help us and that we had to find a "different doctor". My son was visibly uncomfortable and so was I. We left and I can honestly say I have never experienced such unprofessional care. I am only leaving 1 star because there is no option for zero. The staff is rude, unprofessional. They over book. They cancel appointments at the last minute and expect you to reschedule or they will withhold your medication refills. They put you in a room and you will wait for up to an hour to see a Dr. For 5 minutes. He doesn't listen at all to what you are saying. He diagnosis you and gives HIS advice and that's it. No communication between you and your Dr. The nursing staff is the worst. He had a few girls before that were good and Mallory Reed is good they are the ONLY reason we stayed as long as we did with this practice. But I definitely do not reccomend. The new receptionist and nursing staff are horrible!! The staff is rude, unprofessional. They over book. I am doing 2 stars because I have had an awful time with Dr. Wein who has you diagnosed before he comes in. And can we talk about these students he sends in who take up 40 minutes of your time. I have been a patient for 30 years with Dr Hahn, I sure do miss his attentiveness and concern. Mallory Reed is amazing, if not for her I would leave in an instant. The staff is the best around. Dr. Mark Wein is a very compassionate and intelligent Doctor. He is very straight to the point and will focus on what is important for you, as a patient to live a happy healthy life. I have a rare condition that Dr. Mark Wein was not familiar with at the beginning. Through the years he, along with his staff they been absolutely ?? amazing! Yes you have to wait, sometimes hours. Yes there is a chance Dr Mark may only need to spend 15-20 minutes in your room, but if you require a bit more of his time he will give it to you. If you need your hand held or are not being completely straight with him he may not be the doctor for you. For me I trust him with any of my health issues, as well as, my husband's.

Gary is fine and easy to talk to but the office staff doesn't follow up and will leave you in a room for over an hour because they forgot about you.

Been my primary care physician for over 15 years and I've never had a bad experience in the office. You can usually get same day appointments, which is really convenient, and you never wait too long to be called back and be seen.

Dr. Wein comes across as a nice concerned doctor, though I wish he instilled more confidence in the patient. Also, needs to keep referrals records update

Receptionists put you on hold and haven't even said anything and keep putting me on hold and not caring to come back. This is not professional at all

Dr. Wein's office staff are to be desired. They lack customer service skills. When calling the office they pickup the phone and immediately place your call on hold. There is no greeting or request to hold, if they are too busy to be bothered with answering your call, on hold you go. Dr. Wein is notorious for overbooking appointments, so be prepared to wait 40+ minutes in the waiting room and 30+ minutes in the exam room. The billing office is weak. They bill claims timely and you need to pay attention to the charges they send to your insurance company. Dr. Wein, as a physician, I would give him 5 stars, however, his office is so poorly run, I ended up leaving the practice. Dr. Wein's office staff are to be desired. Mark seems per-occupied with his laptop. Gary is caring and attentive. The office staff neglects followup doctor orders, seems self absorbed and rude at times with patients. I get the sense they don't like their job. It's also hard to book an appointment with the doctor; openings are 2 weeks out, so when your sick, forget about going there. Dr. Mark Wein was rude and insulting when I saw him today. We were discussing breastfeeding my 9 month old and when he asked if I planned to nurse him to a year old, I responded that I'll probably nurse him longer than that. His verbatim response was "that's pretty weird" and looked at me disgustedly. When I told him the health benefits of nursing after age 1, he then told me (wrongly) that he saw no benefit in nursing a baby after 6 months of age and that nursing past the age of 1 would be bad.

Expresses care for patient welfare. Easy to talk with. Makes you feel at ease. Knowledgeable, excellent people skills.

Absolutely love Mallory Reed. Great Staff Awesome Hours, And Very Compassionate.

My mother in-law, wife, and now I am going to Dr. Wein, he is a great Dr., engaging, easy to talk to, and always helpful. I read earlier comments regarding the wait time. I believe the wait time is standard at all Doctor offices.

The wait is ridiculous and then the doctor makes you feel like you're wasting his time. I went there twice and will never go again.
