Dr. Mark Allen Truhe

Dr Truhe is of course Dr Truhe, I consider him to be a great and innovative dentist who works hard around difficult presentations, doesn't browbeat his recalcitrant patients and is an engaging person to boot. I really must compliment his staff especially Kristi who is simply amazing technically and in her ability to relate and put patients at ease.

Second time I have called to be seen right away because of a severe tooth ache. No questions asked, they just fit me into their already booked day. They are all amazing, from Delilah the office manager, the two dental assistants that did my ex rays and made me as comfortable as possible, to Dr Truhe examining me between other patients. I was very pleased to meet Christy. She was easy to talk to and seemed truly interested in my mouth health. She was very careful with her cleaning and worked quickly. I was truly impressed that she was concerned about my cat bite on my arm and even had Dr. Truhe look at it to make sure it was healing. I had my teeth cleaned by Molly today. We started on time, she was friendly and talked a little to get where I was in life, took my blood pressure and then she cleaned my teeth and checked my gums. Then the Doc came in and checked my teeth and Molly made my next appointment. Upon exit I saw Kendal and paid the deductible. All very efficient!

I needed a last minute dental exam for my DD Form 2813 for my guard unit and they were able to take me the same day. Their office is one amongst many other dentists and at first I felt lost in sea of them given the almost interchangeability of the look of the offices. Number 10 was what set Mark Truhe's office apart and of course his name. Upon entering I beheld the sight of his waiting room. The usual chairs but with the perk of an aquarium and mini-fridge with eight ounce water bottles. There were some charging ports behind chairs and I was desperate for a recharge but without the time. Checking in I met the queens of the office who keep the patients happy and the schedule full but organized (Kindle?) I was provided the new patient paperwork and started filling in my medical history and such. A short while later I was escorted to one of the dental technician sections where I was given "the Chair." The area had a wall outlet that I quickly used to start charging my phone. After which I leaned back and watched the monitor and took in my surroundings. In came the dentist, Mark Truhe, and so began my exam. His personality set me at ease. I was impressed with his charm and friendliness. Of course, It didn't hurt that I got a clean bill of health for my teeth. Good news from a dentist always puts me in a good mood! My exam felt like five minutes although I am sure it was more. I'm just relieved I got it done before my weekend drill. Settling up on the bill and paperwork I parted ways with the staff and grabbed a drink of water before I left. Mollie was anxious to please and was eager to make me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and seemed very knowledgeable about her job. Dr. Truhe was friendly and told me he could take care of two problems in one visit.

Professionalism is the first word that comes to mind. Dr is very good at what he does. Next word would be personable; the staff is knowledgeable and ‘fun’. I had nothing but excellent dental work done on my crown and had fun interacting with the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist. I especially recommend the hygienist Molly. I renamed her ‘painless’
