Dr. Tawil and his team are truly wonderful. In a situation like my family went through with my 87 year old Grandfather having to have triple bypass surgery this spring, he and his team gave the utmost attention and care for him during that time. Being from here locally it’s scary for the family to decide where to turn for care without knowing the Dr. My family is blessed to have a family member in healthcare who I confided in and that is a great feeling. With that being said I felt I should share my experience with the public about Dr. Tawil and his team here at Marietta Memorial. I’m very thankful for them. My Grandpa is doing really good and I’m happy to still have him. Dr. Tawil and his team are truly wonderful. 7 /12 /18 I was treated by DR Tawil which required vain replacement of 4 and a hole sealed . I was in Mercy for about 12 days . Each I was seen by a number of Doctors each express the quality of DR Tawil work . I found him to be an outstanding human of caring for those who needed his services . In ending you can believe him and trust him . What more could you ask for .
I had a lung biopsy left side. There has since been pain on that side from the surgery. When I reported it to Dr Tawil all he said was I am finished with it, pain should be gone by now, and offered no follow up help. Pain is severe when twisting side to side I would not recommend this surgeon

Dr. Tawil performed open heart surgery on me one year ago. Before I met him, he was described to me by a cardiac nurse as a humble man of God. He certainly was. An excellent surgeon, always pleasant, always had time for me. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tawil saved my sister's life last yearwhen she had a lung abscess. Now even more recently he did life saving surgery on my husband's heart. Our family is ever so grateful to Dr. Tawil and the gift of life he gave to our family members. God Bless Him.
