Mr. Stanchfield's and his Conrad office inept; ask a question re. a bill, states she does not know, yet the paperwork came from her office, cant be bothered to follow up with Cut Bank office. Had to go back for 2 exams, both provided by Mr. S. My glasses are still not right! Both my husband and father had to have 2 exams. Conrad office handed me my "readers" with the case closed, not adjusted, with dirty lenses. After two exams the right lense still does not work. Then they demanded full pmt
