Thank you so much for his kind and thoughtful concern in regard to my lower back pain and providing me with excellent medical and physical care. I am most grateful for your kindness whenever I see him. I can't thank him enough for the special, excellent care you have provided. I am blessed that he is my doc! I have great confidence in him and his abilities. I am so grateful for the great care and surgery he performed on me. Moreover, his nurses, appointment scheduler, receptionists, and entire staff are very kind, helpful, friendly, highly trained, and very professional.

Dr. Spoonamore and his team are the best. I woke up from surgery pain free and able to walk again! His kindness and level of care are truly unparalleled. Dr. Spoonamore made a diagnosis without ever looking at my MRI then suggested surgery, Then his staff told my there equipment was unable to download my MRI and they would mail it Nowbacj after equipment repaired they are telling me they don't have my MRI.

In late 2018 he performed a lumbar fusion on me. Here 8 months later I’m back doing my gardening and never felt better. My recovery time was on spot, I didn’t require pain meds after my discharge. Once or twice only when needed. I’m truly thankful for him. I have not experienced the horrid sciatica pain since. I still have some healing but at this rate I know I’ll be fine! A million thanks! Dr Spoonamore did a laminectomy and fusion of L4-5 for me this last May. Fantastic outcome from debilitating spinal stenosis. I’m back playing Pickleball, and traveling with no pain, weakness or numbness in my legs. I was so happy to have found him. He is skilled and has a great bedside manner.

Friendliest and most caring Dr. I know. Surgery was perfect and exactly how Dr. Spoonamore told me it would be. I’ve been pain free for 7 years. Very conservative. You want and need to have the absolute best spine surgeon Dr.Spoonamore is and should be your ONLY choice!! He did an amazing 10 hr surgery on my husband Lonnies critically broken spine and saved him from being paralized...Dr Spoonamore is the best spine surgeon...he also has compassion...kindness...and empathy for his patients...we luv u Dr Spoonamore!! Dr. Spoonamore attended to my Mom while she was in ICU at UCI Medical Center. She was in a terrible accident and almost lost her arm. Dr. Spoonamore did surgery to repair her severed wrist and reattached vital arteries, etc. He did an outstanding job in surgery and the after care that she received was awesome. He explained everything to her and to our family. He has a wonderful caring manner. We will always be grateful to him. Thank you.

I feel so lucky that I decided to trust my cervical fusion to Dr. Spoonamore. He is not only an amazing surgeon, but he always gives me the time and attention I need to feel that I am in good hands. This feeling is reinforced by the fact that every single thing he's said about my surgery and healing progress has turned out to be true. I had no choice but to have a surgery at 40, but I did have a choice in who would operate on me, and I will always be grateful to Mark for giving me my life back.
