Had the rudest nurse on the phone today so I have to find a new doctor

I Really like Dr. Mark Silverman he always listens and I don't feel rushed. I just started seeing him a few months ago and I'm very pleased with him. The office staff is always very helpful and will go out of their way to make sure things are done.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson. Dr Silverman provides transparent communication and his staff is top notch. I would highly recommend him.

Great physician. He actually listens to your concerns and gives you options instead of telling you what to do.

Dr. Silverman is the best doctor! When I was at my wits end. He was like a knight in shining armor. He rescued me! I’m grateful to have a doctor like him. So attentive!

Very professional and compassionate!

The doctor is alright, he doesn’t really take the time to explain this properly, however that’s most men so no real shock there. The novi staff never answers the phone so make sure to always call Farmington. In office most the staff (novi, we don’t go to Farmington) is nice but for sure two of front office staff you can tell have just been there so long that they don’t care how they treat people, just really short and snippy. Overall as long as you’re not looking for a personable experience and just want tests and results and have a good primary care doctor you can talk about the results with it’s worth going to because of the convince of the location. I would recommend him but for sure always give the warning of the staff not answering the phone in novi so people know to call the other one. Great staff and Dr. Mark Silverman was very patient, he listened to me, gave me his time and was on time, again all his staff was great communicating with each other and everyone.

Dr. Mark Silverman has helped me get the the bottom of my issue (vertigo). He was very patient with me and very understanding about me not wanting to take medication if I don’t have to. I highly recommend Dr. Silverman and his office!

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I never have to wait long in the lobby but Dr. Mark Silverman takes his time with you. He is never rushed. I have been going to him for decades and highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Mark Silverman for about 20 years and have found him to be significantly above average in his field. I've had issues with his billing department in the past and I still find it odd to pay for services the day of the visit before I see the doctor. I'm there for the quality of care and Dr. Silverman is worth it.

Dr Mark Silverman is an excellent Dr! He takes the time, listens and addresses all of my concerns and has been my neurologist for many years. I highly recommend him!

Dr Silverman has been my Neurologist for 26 years. If he weren't the best at what he does I wouldn't continue with him for my care for M.S.

Dr. Silverman's office is one of the most unprofessional I've ever had to deal with. Dr. Silverman himself is completely ineffective, unemotional, and outright rude/condescending. Even After sending paperwork that a patient had transferred away from the office, they continued to contact the patient, make appointments without patient consent, then called to say there would be no-show fees that the patient was responsible for.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mark Silverman for years. He has a professional, calming demeanor & since I sometimes have an issue articulating my problems, I appreciate his willingness to listen and educate.

I had several MRI's scheduled through Dr Silverman and none were considered serious. Another older MRI for the lumbar was done with another doctor obviously showed serious issues that he overlooked. His answer: go back and see that guy. That Dr found the issue. I feel like I wasted my time with Dr Silverman

I love Dr. Silverman. He is my favorite doctor and I have a staff of about 10 doctors so that's saying a lot. I have also gone to him for 25 yrs.

I waited over 2 hours and left without being seen.Dr.B.Silvermans nurse couldn’t tell me how much longer I would have to wait She said it depends on how he bounces around. Really then why not be a walk in clinic why have appointments?My time is just as important as his.Disgusted.

His staff is beyond rude. I called to reschedule my appointment and the operator told me I'm unable to and they'll be dismissing my file because I'm a new patient. Dr. Silverman diagnosed me with a serious disease and he acted like I just had a bad cold and to take some pills and I'd be fine. Very little supportive information was provided to me. I had a bad feeling about him and sought a second opinion. Second doctor did not agree with his diagnosis, and told me the medicine he prescribed could have killed me with my high risk factors. Turns out Silverman takes a lot of money from big pharma... over $220,000 since 2013 (per Dollars for Docs). BEWARE!!!!

Patient Beware: They expect payment up front, but also expect an adjustment bill about a month after services are rendered. If you had a doctor's office set up your appointment, you will likely have been given no warning about this large up-front payment. Also there is a cancellation fee, so if you show up in their office the day of your appointment, you will pay either way. The doctor himself isn't bad, his staff is the problem.

Dr. Silverman is a very good dr. Very thorough and to the point. Yes could use a little nicer staff. If I had too relate to 100's of mean sick people, I'ed probably loss a little sympathy through out time. jus saying.

Dr. Mark Silverman himself is excellent, but the Novi Office Staff is poor - I had an appointment scheduled for 9/7/17 at 9:15am, and when I got there I was told they didn't have me scheduled for an appointment. I forgot to bring the appointment card with me, but I assured the receptionist that I indeed had an appointment... I sat there in the office lobby for well over an hour and no attempt was being made to get me in to see Dr. Silverman, I finally got pissed and left! Office Staff very BAD!!

I have never encountered such a brusk, perfunctory physician before. The staff (receptionist and physician assistant) were equally dispassionate. I felt like a head of cattle more than a human being. The feel of the office, in general, and the examination rooms specifically, is crude and outdated. A simple blood pressure check was extremely painful. There are multi-month delays to schedule needed tests with their own overbooked equipment instead of sending patients someplace quicker.

I've been seeing Dr. Mark Silverman for 4 years now. He's consistently been patient with all my concerns and had a pleasant and professional demeanor. I go to the Farmington Hills location and he obviously has a nice relationship with the employees. Lots of smiles there. I've recommended him to my friends and will continue to do so.

Dr. Silverman is the only physician (out of the 5 specialists) that I currently see, that takes the time to discuss my medical condition/treatments. If not for Dr. Silverman, I would still be laying in bed taking several unnecessary medications. He makes sure you get the medical tests you really need, and sees to it they are performed in a timely manner. I think Dr. Silverman is how all physicians should be; knowledgeble, kind, and caring. I am glad I found this wonderful doctor!

Dr. M Silverman screamed at an employee of his right outside the room I was waiting in before entering. I was very uncomfortable. The Dr took no time to explain my MRI results & acted as if I was an inconvenience to him. I felt I was not cared for by the dr at all. Also, their office doesn't have a voicemail set up & charged me a $25 no show fee for an apt that was scheduled for 8am & I had tried calling to cancel since 5pm the night prior. The billing dept has very poor customer service skills!
