I went in the office to have my frames replaced and witnessed a poorly communicated and very loud discussion between Mark and one member of his staff. I stood there for a couple minutes thinking this wasn’t really happening. After that I seemed to start escalating and the staff member began sobbing. From that point, I went over to the side room to express how completely unprofessional the situation was to which he began to debate with me. I let him know that my husband and I would no longer be patients at his practice and wakes back over to the glasses counter. He proceeded to follow me to the counter to continue his debate, as well as a heated confrontation with me. As a business owner, there is a time and a place to be discussing protocol. With everything going on in the world right now, kindness and integrity goes a long way and we can communicate with respect to resolve conflicts. Unfortunately, this was not the case here and I am highly disappointed. Very nice staff . Great Doctor. Very thorough. The office is beautiful. I have an appointment again today for my glasses. You never feel rushed either.

Been coming here for years. Great Staff. Knowledgeable Doctor.

My whole family needed glasses so we chose to use Dr.Schmidt because he was next to our dentist, After 3 pairs of glasses and $1500 we are not satisfied at all, Me and my wife or my son can't wear the glasses because prescription is wrong.Avoid this place

Dr.Schmidt and his office is a great team, I have recommended. this eye doctor to everyone who needs glasses or contacts. If he can't help you he'll. send you to a special eye clinic. I'm blessed to have such a great team for any of my eye care needs
