Last minute cancellation by office staff- now not returning calls-total waste of time Hard to understand what happened

Love the Doctor. But yesterday he said he'd refill my painmed and have his office call me in the afternoon regarding scheduling a procedure. Today neither has been done. And since I can't get a hold of Dr Rubin maybe he'll see this. B. Carreno

Have been seeing Dr Rubin and Mr Rodarte for 15 years. They have always been supportive, encouraging, and forthright in their diagnoses and treatments. I have referred several friends over the years and will continue to do so. Their current location has proven to be even better. Very clean, peaceful, and professional. Worked with Mark and Aaron years ago. Recently, I had a MTB crash that resulted in a compression fracture of T-3 and needed a follow up. Spent a week trying to get a follow up with the Dr who treated me in the ER and that was a mess!!! 5 Minutes on the phone with Dr Rubin's office and I was set up! It was good while it lasted... it was sad to leave this place, some other pain center gives you at least 3 chances to correct things.. oh well ... there will be no other place like them... professional, integrity, over all awesome place... will miss them... Thank you guys for everything

I was one of Dr. Rubin's first patients way back in 2004 and am still with him for bi-monthly epidurals. There is absolutely no reason for me to even consider changing physicians. He's the best.

Dr Rubin and his staff were great. But the billing department is not. I received a bill for the first time from 2/26/18 and was not processed until 4/2/2020. I was told I owe it and if not paid I would be sent to collections. Still do not know how this is ok but it is legal. They blame my insurance company but I never was contacted to let me know there was an issue for 2 years? My only response is to pay the bill and never use Dr Rubin again.

Great doctors and staff

Dr Rubin is an artist with a needle; he gave me several series of injections into my sacroiliac/lumbar gave me back the ability to walk!

They do not review their charts prior to treatment. Giving their patients drugs they are allergic to and when confronted on this, they will drop you as a patient for fear of legal retaliation. They only are concerned that they treatment works, not of the condition they leave you in. Dr. Rubin's PA is about as incompetent as I have experienced. Here again he dispense pain meds. when my chart clearly stated that I was allergic to that drug. Run do not walk from this office.

Wonderful people to work with while dealing with intense pain. Truly cares about helping patients. Would recommend to anyone.

I have dealt with several pain doctors, both as a patient with a spine injury and as a patient advocate, and Dr. Rubin is the ONLY one that is genuinely caring. His entire office is beautifully managed which is evident as soon as you walk in...My appointment was top notch in every aspect from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Rubin for his professional, caring and highly competent care. He took time to inform me of his findings and recommendations. He patiently answered all of my questions and relieved my chronic back pain.
