Dr. Mark A. Rubenstein

Dr. Rubinstein is by far one of the best doctors I have had the privilege of being a patient of. He has gone the extra mile to help my situation. He has gone to bat for me in several occurances to ensure I was taken care of. His office crew is very polite and professional. Thank you to the entire team.

Took over a month for him to tell me no he would not see me for my pain. After having 3 referrals sent to his office and being told they did not receive them, even though i got a confirmation number they did. I think he’s very biased to his patients. I had a lot of time to think about this but for the past couple years, I could not get a friendly vibe from this guy. He called my mom a liar and it reffered to her pain as mental issue. My mother struggles to maintain a stand. She cannot walk often otherwise the pain will get to her. His effort and attitude toward his patient is just sad and disappointing. He does have a great staff. They’re nice and organized. I think he’s very biased to his patients. I have gone to Dr Rubenstein multiple times for spine-related and sciatica pain. Best, smartest physiatrist and diagnostician in the area!!! He is kind and caring as well.

On rare occasions, if you are fortunate, you will find a doctor that is highly skilled in applying his knowledge and experience to your condition. Dr Rubenstein is such a physician. Exceptional diagnostician and suitably responsive. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rubenstein is professional to a fault, knowledgeable, and very articulate. He will answer all of your questions thoroughly and honestly with no sugar coating or false hopes, thereby setting realistic expectations.

Had no choice too visit due too W/C claim Dr. suffers from selective hearing I had back surgery & only thing he has prescribed anti depressant for back pain from recent surgery? Would not take my dog here of the 3 visit I’ve waited an hour past my appointment time & he only spends 15-20 min at most with me. Horrible bed side manners not very empathetic dressers like an attorney.

Dr. Rubenstein and his staff have been wonderful to work with! Dr. Rubenstein is very knowledgeable and explained my ailments so I understood what was going on and how to get better. I highly recommend

I can't recommend him due to patient abandonment. The doctor is well trained, spent time with me during my appointments, & wrote thorough reports. But despite the fact that I was a compliant patient, he refused to see me a year after my initial eval, although my condition had progressed. His receptionist claimed he had nothing further to offer & refused to give me any referrals that could help me. It doesn't matter how well trained a doctor is if they abandon their patients without cause.

Dr. Rubenstein actually spends time with his patients, no double-booking, no rush through the visit like so many other doctors. I did have to wait almost 6 weeks to see him, but it was worth the wait. He quickly told me what my issue was and exactly how he is going to fix it.
