Dr. Mark Stephen Robertson

I had septoplasty, turbinate reduction and balloon sinuplasty done by Dr. Mark Robertson. He did a great! Job. I can breath alot better. I had alot of obstruction going on with nasal stuffiness. I was diagnosed with severe sinusitis. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Robertson. He explained everything in detail to me before the procedure. And he's a nice guy.

Dr. Robertson seemed rushed and his long haired assistant was some what rude. Next time I will go to OHSU.

Very disappointing experience! My elderly relative recently had a sinus surgery done by Dr. Robertson and was told to take the packing out of their nose by themself at home. When inquiring about needing help with this, they were told that doctor Robertson was out of town and couldn’t help. My relative ended up in the emergency room with severe bleeding from trying to take the packing out of the sinuses by themself. Very disappointing and unacceptable, the lack of care, compassion and follow up for patients.

I was seen in January and was supposed to have a referral and start taking an over the counter medication but I never received the instructions for the meds and never got a call for the referral. 5 months go by and my symptoms are getting worse so I called and explained what I needed to know to the woman who answered the phone and she claimed she'd call me right back. 2 days past so I called again. She said the referral wasn't put in until I called them ... 5 months later. She still hasn't called me back about the medication. Now I will be calling a 3rd time. Unprofessional in my opinion. The doctor was very vague and spent no time explaining anything to me. I'll never go here again! Office staff does not seem to know what they are doing. Bunch of idiots. Beware of sinus surgery, it’s hard to get answers for problems afterwards. They don’t like to return calls. Find someplace else if possible! Any place is preferable to this place!!!

I had a deviated septum repaired and turbinate surgery and tubes put in my ears all at the same time. I had ZERO swelling on the outside and ZERO pain. I did follow the after care instructions to the letter and the only small annoying part of it all was the gauze under my nose to catch any drainage for a few days, which was necessary. It was incredible considering what was done to my nose. I never even got black eyes. Dr. Robertson is amazing. My son is going to have his deviated septum repaired and turbinate surgery done by Dr. Robertson very soon. I anticipate he will also do very well afterwards. In a COVID world this practice fails. Patients are gathered into the waiting room where masks are not required. Staff at front desk not wearing masks and talking to patients who are not wearing masks from 3 feet away. Other staff wander into the reception area unmasked. Stay away unless you don't mind the chance to get COVID.

Showing up early for an appointment doesn't matter, you will sit in the lobby for at least a half hour and then you get taken to a room to wait again. Really wish there was another ENT for us to see in town. Also should add my kid has had 5 surgeries now and they can't seem to figure it out.

Just received my EOB from insurance for visit to Dr Robertson and an ENT in Portland. Dr Robertson charged $200 MORE for same procedure than Portland Dr! Talked to billing office and they put it off an insurance issue. This is the same office that messed up royally my labs and kept me waiting for "results" for 10 precious days while I had a serious issue. Same office that was going to order a CT scan,then didn't,then did,without telling me when the appointment was. Same office did not have proper paperwork for labs so had to literally run across the street to borrow some from another med provider. I wouldn't recommend this assclown if he was the only ENT in the state. Save your money and stress and make an appointment with another Dr. Check their billings also! Dr Robertson is amazing! Kind, patient, and actually listens to what you’re telling him. A few years ago while in his office I told him about unrelated symptoms I was having that all other doctors discredited. A neurologist told me I was having staring spells. Dr. Robertson looked at me and said it sounded more like epilepsy to him. Since then I was referred to OHSU and they confirmed he was correct. I am now having my second brain surgery to correct the problem. Thank you doctor Robertson for going above and beyond in your care for your Patient’s and also quite possibly saving my life had I not been diagnosed and got into a car accident. Dr Robertson is a very thorough. After 9 visits to urgent cares and my primary care with multiple scripts over 3 months. I had no change in my ongoing symptoms. One visit to Dr Robertson he had me diagnosed and feeling better in just a few days. His staff are so kind. They return calls and get you test results quickly. He's an expert in his field. He moves very fast but takes time to make sure you understand. My family and I will be seeing him for all ent needs. Dr Robertson is a very thorough. The office was very nice and clean. The staff was very polite. The waiting time to be seen was very short. He has a large number of people who each do a specific area of your visit. Each one of them were very thorough and took the time with me to make sure that I understood every part of the procedures that I was having done for me. They will even text you between visits and answer questions. My experiences have all been wonderful. Thank you ??

Great physician. As a neurologist and pain management physician, I refer patients to Dr. Robertson. He has an excellent rapport with patients. I trust him to take the best care of my patients.
