I have had treatments done by Dr. Richards and his Nurse, and I am very pleased with the results. He is very professional and personable and his office staff is wonderful.

Dr. Richards has been helping me for six years. As a fellow surgeon, I feel that he shows great empathy in addition to great skill. Where some surgeons will reject scientific questions, he welcomes them and can back up his answers with science, rather than just opinions. Dr. Richards and his staff have been nothing short of AMAZING! I had breast reduction/lift surgery and I am extremely happy with my results. My scars are healing wonderfully and I couldn’t ask for better looking breasts. He is highly recommended. ????

Ruined my life. He gives you consent forms minutes before surgery and fails to inform you of any risks. His patient coordinator lied to my face. He destroyed my face and health and now I have to spend tens of thousands of dollars trying to repair what he did to me, and it will never be as good as it was before. He pushes unnecessary procedures on patients, does them incompetently, and then refuses to recognize the issues. Please take care of yourself and don’t let him touch you. I regret all.

He's dangerous and his knowledge is less than a butcher

I am very happy with the cheek lift and eye work Dr. Richards performed on my face. He also did buccal fat pad removal. Now my face looks more normal. Dr. Richards had the intelligence and insight to see exactly what I needed. Other doctors could not fix my face. I had the traditional face lift and the doctor did not address my fat cheeks. I would not have had the results that I have if it was not for Dr. Richards. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Richards is a world renowned board certified surgeon. He cares deeply about his patients and has taken plastic surgery to a level where it's art. I have had excellent results from several procedures with him - he makes you look more beautiful while looking natural!

Dr. Richards is an incredibly skilled plastic surgeon and I'm beyond thrilled with my cheek lift! I consulted with several surgeons before him and realized his approach is very individually tailored to the patient’s specific bone/muscle structures, which was important to me. He explained what results to expect with my cheek lift and was very honest about which procedures that I didn’t need at this point, which I very much appreciate. I will be going back to him for future procedures as I age!

Do not recommend this doctor. I came to this doctor for another procedure but they were pushing me to get my neck cut while I have a perfect neck. I felt doctor and his assistant say/do anything for money.

Was misled and lied to, I have a wide droopy face now and pain and nerve damage long after surgery and was told I should be fine in a week or two.
