The best hospital in Memphis and the staff is so WONDERFUL

Wonderful facility- the entire staff is friendly from the first hello to the last goodbye.

Dr. Mark Reed is a Excellent Doctor I been with him Since 2016, I found him to be Consistent and Compassionate.

Absolutely love this doctor. Can't even say enough about the great experiences dealing with him. He listens, looks you in the eye and explains things. Having a great doctor when facing a battle for your life can mean everything.

Actually, my wife was the patient. Dr. Reed has been her doctor from surgery through her last visit. Every aspect of Dr Reed and the West Clinic staff have been excellent! Could not ask for any better medical service. Not only the professional service was excellent but the personal attention and compassion was truly comforting. Everyone at West Clinic serves a Purpose and they do their job well but it takes the love of the job and making that patient feel so special that makes it worth coming to West Clinic. Doctor Mark Reed is a wonderful Surgeon that I met and had to put my trust in him for a surgery that I need right away and after he talked to me about the surgery; he left me with no fear or worries. Dr. Reed saved my life. I had normal pap tests for at least 4 years from another provider, but began having symptoms of cervical cancer. Dr. Reed knew exactly what tests to perform and once I was diagnosed, he moved super fast to get me started on my chemo, and radiation. He gave me a 25% chance for survival at the time, but now I show no evidence of disease.
