My wife and I have been most satisfied with the availability of Mr. Mark and his staff in Portage. Being retired military we have had support from Doctors all over the country and find that, right here in Johnstown, we have a good guy doing a great job. I didn't know that the Portage office was a "rural" location . . their services and better than mainstream.

Dr. Ratchford is the most caring and compassionate physician I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is thorough, listens to what you need and has great knowledge. I would highly recommend him to all.
