Dr. Mark Anthony Panigutti

Performed an outstanding surgery on me many years ago for multiple severely broken bones. I have seen him since for other issues with positive results. Had a knowledge that is second to none and is no nonsense.

I had my TKR surgery on Dec. 7th. My recovery has been better than I had expected. Dr. Panigutti had suggested that I use the pool and water walk several years ago. When I made the decision that it was time for surgery, I asked Dr. Panigutti what is the best way to good recovery, he said "going in strong". I spent a few months doing strengthening and ROM classes in the pool. I can not say enough about this expert surgeon. He will explain everything to you and answer all your questions. Tells you what your part is in a good outcome, but it definitely starts with a skilled surgeon who knows what he's doing. I definitely recommend Dr. Panigutti if you are considering surgery. He will explain everything to you and answer all your questions. Tells you what your part is in a good outcome. Start with a skilled surgeon who knows what he's doing. Had Total Knee Replacement. Office is well organized. Dr. Panigutti always professional tells you like it is.

Dr Panigutti replaced both of my knees last year; one in July and the other in September. I followed his recommendations regarding warm water therapy as well as physical therapy. I was religious about doing my exercises. I was highly motivated to achieve the best outcome possible. I had been in pain for 13 years and I wish I hadn’t waited so long to have the surgery. Dr Panigutti is an excellent surgeon. He and his office staff explained what to expect very well. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Panigutti did my husbands knee replacement and we are extremely pleased we went with him. He has the best bed side manner and fully explained to us what he was going to do. He will listen to you and answer all your questions. Before we went in for surgery we went to Lifeworks for pre therapy and all the people we met there said nothing but great things about him. Been 7 years since my hip was replaced by Dr. Mark. Surgery went so well I was up and running around immediately, walking at the mall in a week, and back to work in three weeks. Could not have gone any better.

I had my knee replaced in May by Dr. Panigutti. It was a great experience- I have no more pain or stiffness. Feel Great!! He is an amazing doctor and his staff is wonderful.

I first met Dr. Panigutti for hip pain. Previous doctor advised I get a shot of cortisone. Not only not fun but it didn't help. Then a friend told me to see Dr. Panigutti. I can't say enough good about him. He said that while he agreed with other doctor that I had arthritis, he didn't think it was bad enough to cause the pain I was in. An MRI confirmed his thoughts and we scheduled a hip replacement. Surgery went without a hitch and I haven't had a single problem since. And then he has done 3 trigger finger releases with another scheduled in a few weeks. I trust him completely. I traveled from northern Maine to get my hip replacement from Dr Panigutti. He’s got a great bedside manner, cutting edge knowledge and skills, and a great sense of humor! Thanks, Dr P, for getting me back to normal activities!

Simply the best

Dr. Panigutti & his staff are absolutely amazing. I am 2 years post-op this past December 1st, & frankly, this review is long overdue. After many months of pain despite, exercise, strengenthing & medications, I came to the harsh reality that I would need a total left hip replacement. After careful consideration & with the help of many colleagues in the medical profession, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Panigutti for a consultation. Being a career firefighter & paramedic by trade, I needed someone with proven results that could get me back to work. Initially, I had no intention on scheduling surgery that day, but after taking X-rays & discussing my options, I was comfortable scheduling surgery for December. The whole process was uneventful & I was given pre-op excercises & instructions from thier wonderful staff. Long story short, I had the surgery, spent 2 nights in the hospital & was sent home. There rehabilitation & therapy department were outstanding & 90 days later I went back to work, full duty, with no restrictions. My only regret is that I had not done it sooner. I worked as an RN in the hospital Dr. Panigutti did surgery, taking care of his patients _after_ their knee or hip replacements for years. Mark is friendly, calming, thorough, and follows up with everyone- and his results were very, very good. When my mid-80's dad needed a new hip, I knew right where to send him- straight to Dr. Panigutti. The result was the same as I have seen for hundreds- outstanding. I've seen a lot of surgeon's outcomes. And, if I ever needed orthopedic surgery, a new knee, shoulder, or hip, I wouldn't hesitate a moment in choosing Dr. Panigutti. Dr. Panigutti has replaced both my knees with very little pain following the surgery. I highly recommend him and his entire office staff. His bedside manner is wonderful as he puts any concerns to rest with complete understandable answers to not only my concerns but also my wife's concerns. He has treated all four of us in the family over the past 17 years.

Have been seeing Dr. Panigutti for about 20+ years. I completely trust him, he's extremely knowledgeable, caring, considerate, and values his patient's views. He's also taken care of my kids as well. He's also young, which means he's not going anywhere anytime soon! I highly recommend him!
