We have always received excellent care during our visits with DR. Nevid. He explains everything he is doing, does not "over treat" and calms my dental anxiety. The office is clean and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful Dentist Wonderful Staff

Terrific dental office. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and Dr. Nevid is a wonderful dentist. He says it won't hurt and it doesn't. Thank you for the excellent care you all provide.

Came in for a root canal and Dr Cosden did an amazing job, I had no pain at all.

We've been going to Dr. Nevid's office for several years now. He's always gentle and patient with us. We love all the hygienists, Stephanie is my favorite and the girls in the front office are always so friendly and kind! Bernadette is always at the front desk to greet us with a smile, check us in and never lets us leave without scheduling our future cleanings, which is great because those appointments always book up fast! Lori and Debbie always take whatever steps are needed to get us proper authorizations and referrals for wisdom teeth removal and any other services that may be needed. They're a great group of girls!

Great staff! Polite and very thorough with examinations and dental work. Great place to keep your dental hygiene and health. I have been a client for 10 years. They even remind you via text of upcoming appointments. LOVE the dentists and staff in general.

Dr Cosden (part of Nevid Dental Staff) did a root canal/crown in 2020 and the pain was awful!!! I finally switched dentists only to find that not only was the root canal a painful experience but the Crown was not done correctly and now I need a replacement because food/bactera is building up under the crown. I called the office looking for some support/satisfaction and was told they would do nothing since it is over a year... looking at Dr Nevid's motto on the website.. "We strive to provide the best care possible to all of our patients" ..well... this was not the best care and this was not the right way to handle a patient!! Stay away from this practice!!!

Went in for a cleaning, everyone was professional.

Everyone at this office is amazing! You feel truly taken care of.

Such a wonderful staff. Lori was an excellent help getting me in immediately when I was having a dental emergency.

Five-star proficiency and professionalism as I received same-day appointment calling the office as a new patient and -- beyond the first-visit cleaning and exam -- was treated for a filling as well. Great people to deal with including Bernadette (scheduling), Sarah (hygienist), and Dr. Browne.

What a wonderful dental experience I had today! That's not what you would usually hear about going to the dentist. But everyone from the receptionist, hygienist Kaitlyn, Dr. Nevid and check out desk was so kind, professional and helpful. I felt so relaxed getting my teeth cleaned, I almost fell asleep and I usually have a lot of anxiety going to a hygienist. Thank you everyone for a lovely afternoon. My boys and I have been going to Dr. Nevid for at least 15 years. For me personally, he’s been the only dentist in my adult life that I have been consistent with seeing every 6 months for a cleaning and checkup. I see Susan for my cleaning and my boys see Caitlin. Both of them are amazing hygienists and treat us with so much kindness and respect. Dr. Nevid is an awesome dentist and takes care of everything we need. When you walk in you are greeted by Bernadette, she always has a smile on her face and is so pleasant to all who enter. The practice is run efficiently and we’ve never had to wait to be seen for our appointments. In todays busy world, that is a plus! I cannot say enough about Dr. Nevid and his staff…Thank you all for taking care of myself and my boys for all these years!

I went to doctor nevid years ago for quite a while. Him and his staff know that I'm epileptic and I did miss a few appointments. Once I recovered from my last seizure I had called to explain once again what happened and the staff asked me to hold only to come back on the phone and tell me that doctor nevid said to find another dentist. I can't really blame the staff I can only blame dr. Nevid. He was a great dentist but not understanding. I still to this day cannot find a good dentist that will accept my insurance. I called and spoke with Bernadette she informed me they don’t take my insurance but suggested someone who might she was a great help and very professional I still might make a appointment and go with my out of network coverage

I was a new patient after my long time dentist retired. I love this office. New, up to date equipment, squeaky clean, always on time, friendly, patient staff. I was dreading a change, I no longer have any fears about change. I have been a patient for a few years now, and I still feel the same way.

First time going here. Sarah was an absolutely AMAZING tech. She communicated well, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr Nevid was an absolute pleasure. Thanks for having me, I will be returning!

I am very happy with all my experiences at Nevid Dental. My hygienist Caitlin is wonderful and very thorough. It is a very caring office with all the staff being so kind.

After seeing probably 6 dentists within a week due to severe pain I just could not find anyone to take the time and help me. From the moment I walked through these doors I was assured everything would be okay, and Received the best care I’ve yet to have with a dentist. He was very careful and thorough and ensured I didn’t leave the office in any pain. I would recommend to anyone. The entire staff is very welcoming and nice!

You would think that most kids hate gong to the dentist, but we have always had great experiences at Dr. Nevid's office, so its not like "pulling teeth" to get my son to go for his checkups. Bernadette at the front desk is always smiling and happy to see him, all of the hygienists are gentle, Dr. Nevid remembers him (not just from the notes in the chart) and the ladies in the billing area are always so nice. The office is spotless, wait times are never long and I always book far enough in advance that I can get my husband and son and I all done in one visit. This is a great local, family dentist office!

We've been patients of Dr. Nevid's for a few years now ... and have always appreciated his excellent care. When Covid occured, we were especially grateful for the many precautions and preemptive measures he put into place in the office to assure everyone's safety and good health. Each of the hygenists do a beautiful job, are pleasant and personable. Susan is the best hygenist I've ever had. Thorough with a gentle touch. Going to the dentist has been something I've always dreaded, but not since we've been patients of Dr. Nevid.

Unreliable. Lack of follow through. After a visit and cleaning I was denied further treatment without any reason.

Just called there today to look for a new dentist because my dentist, who is the best, the practice there no longer takes my insurance. When I called whoever answered, not friendly, wrong way to start, I asked if they participate with my insurance and she told me to contact my insurance to find out. Never had that happen to me, she obviously just didn't want to be bothered. She should find a new job where she doesn't have to deal with people. Not her thing. Just called back the office her name is Dana, I asked. These kind of things ruin businesses in my opinion. Well I won't be going there. Just putting it out there like some of the other people on here. People need to change especially at these times... As a person with high anxiety at the dentist , I can’t say enough how pleased I was with Dr. Adams and His technician, I believe Sarah. They made me feel so comfortable through my whole visit and have zero reservations about going in 2 weeks for my next visit.

My experience at Dr Nevid’s office is always wonderful, especially when his Hygienist Susan Sloane who does such a great job cleaning my teeth. Being deathly afraid of the dentist, I haven’t been in 13 years. I finally convinced myself it was time to go after having a cracked tooth for an extended period of time. I am so beyond grateful to this practice. From the cleaning to getting the crack tooth filled and fixed by Adams, it was wonderful. They were very gentle, very cautious and thoughtful. Bernadette, front desk is very rude and condescending, Mrs Nevid is just as rude , constantly reminding I get a discount, because I’m private pay , all Md offices offer a pay out of pocket discount, also they have done and said this to other patients that I have referred to them , DR Cosden is an awesome dentist , only reason I go to this office !!!, beware of Rachel one of the rudest assistants I have ever dealt with . Worst dentist ever. Two weeks ago, he gave me x-rays and informed me there was nothing wrong. I switched dentists and they found I not only do I need a root canal, but also, under the crown Nevid gave me it wasn't properly done, and now I have to have it redone. The staff in his office even pointed to the xray and said this is the problem, only for Nevid came in he said it isn't a problem. This guy shouldn't be a dentist he's just plain awful and doesn't care about his clients. Last but not least he would cut my appointments short when the other workers were fully prepared to take care of the problems. Worst dentist ever. Would definitely not recommend this practice. While the dentist is good, the staff is incredibly rude; so much so that I have pulled my records and have removed myself as a patient.

My friends son had an appt as a new patient. He woke up with cold and flu like symptoms. Given the pandemic she did the right thing and called to reschedule. But instead she was told her son could never be seen there because they canceled the day of. Mind you guidelines are there to NOT bring in a patient with any symptoms. So apparently this office doesn't have to follow the guidelines set up for our current pandemic. Contrastly my dentist actually texts the day of to remind you that if any symptoms have started do NOT bring said patient in. This is infuriating My friends son had an appt as a new patient. Dr. Nevid and his staff are very friendly and professional. They listen to my concerns and explain everything. The hygienist I had at my cleaning was extremely thorough - best cleaning I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!

This office from call to completion of dental work is always very professional and friendly. They listen to your concerns and get back to you promptly. The office itself is immaculately clean and the systems they have in place to keep people’s safety in mind are above par.
