I dont know where I would be today with out Dr. Napier and his amazing staff. They have been a amazing team to work with. The front desk have always taken there time with me and always nice and respectful. I see Dr Napier, he has been amazing for me. He really listened to me and had helped me a lot, he works with me on making sure I'm going to get what I need from my medication. When I feel like something isn't working for me he helps me in finding a new medication or other ways to deal with it. When new problems arise in my life is is always a fast appointment away. Have been seeing Dr. Napier for almost 10 years. I owe him so much in keeping me mentally healthy.

I really like Dr. Napier and he was one of the few psychiatrist that I trusted. Unfortunately given my lifestyle with the military and personal issues I missed too many appointments (3) and was dropped from the patient list. Apparently if you miss three appointments, it is their office policy to refuse treatment again. When I called to try to explain, I was turned down and wasn’t afforded the opportunity to explain my situation. I did call them back to make sure we settled up and all the bills were paid, I just wish I wouldn’t have been thrown aside like that. The doctor is great. His front desk people are the worst. They didn't tell me I wasn't covered for 3 months. I wouldn't waste time going there if he can't find better front desk people.

This doctor fired me as a patient because he doesn't know how to work telehealth software. I waited on the doc for over an hour on two separate occasions. Apparently this was my fault. He and his staff are rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me when I asked for an explanation about why the doctor blamed me for his own inability to keep appointments. Always kind and extremely helpful. Great doctors that listen.

Dr.Napier is an excellent psychiatrist. He pays close attention to the tiniest of details and problems that I experience and reviews if I am being able to overcome the chaos during every visit. He has guided me to see things from a different level of consciousness. My mental health has significantly improved over the past 4 months. Thanks to him! The Doctor fired me as a patient because he doesn't know how to work telehealth software. I waited on the doc for over an hour on two separate occasions. Apparently this was my fault. This doctor fired me as a patient because he doesn't know how to work telehealth software. I waited on the doc for over an hour on two separate occasions. Apparently this was my fault. He and his staff are terribly rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me when I asked for an explanation about why the doctor blamed me for his own inability to keep appointments. Stay away from this clown and his goon squad of Karens. They are terrible and should not be entrusted with your healthcare.

Almost killed me. Perscribed too much medication and gave me seratonin syndrome.

This is an absolutely horrible office. The staff is very rude, judgmental and they lie. Knowone ever returns calls when you leave a message, also they never pick up the phone. I tried calling to inform them I was going to be 5 minutes late do to an accident not only did they not pick up but refused to see me when I got there. Fortunately for me I was only seeing him for situational stress and not like others that were being scene for severe issues and would be affected by them not allowing them to be scene or a refill on a medication that could potentially harm them for if they didn’t have them. This office has extremely rude staff. Had been going for years and had been paying cash since my insurance was not covered in this office. I went in one day and got put on a new medication and given samples then I got a call saying sorry we can no longer take you as a patient and just said it was because my insurance wasn’t covered which they knew for years. Said they would help me stay with my medication until I could get a new doctor unfortunately I could not get in to a new place fast enough for the office manager and they cut me right off my meds without caring about my mental health and I tried to talk to Dr Napier but they would not allow me too. Not a good thing to happen to a person with mental issue. I could have died and had horrible withdrawals from medication which did not help. I never had a problem with Dr Napier just his office manager and staff I would give Dr Napier 5 stars. His staff negative million! This office has extremely rude staff. Dr. Napier is the best psychiatrist I've ever had, however, he needs to replace his office staff. The staff's rude and disrespectful attitudes aren't even my biggest concerns. **They have been making independent medical and prescription decisions, and unless they are licensed and certified medical professionals, they are in violation of many health care laws.** Should the office shut down for good, it will be due to the actions of the staff. I was very satisfied with the courtesy of front desk staff. Dr. Napier was excellent!!

I've been seeing Dr. Napier 9 years and was told that they will no longer see me because I have to get a medical card. The staff is so rude, not caring at all. The staff practically yells at you for changing a med, getting a refill on my meds. I'm so upset to have to find a new psychiatrist after seeing Dr Napier for 9 years. Again no patient should be treated the way staff treats you there.

Front office staff limits the effectiveness of this doctor.

I use to go to him, I lost health insurance when i was 18, I am now 30. I called to try to see him again and he won't take me because I use to be a patient!!!!

Dr Napier is fine. His front office is incredibly rude! Especially considering that this is an office that deals with patients with emotional and psychological issues. They collectively make the Dr ineffective. I will not return and tell everyone about this horrible treatment.

I thought Dr. Napier provided me with extremely good care, BUT his office staff is horrible. I was dropped as a patient, in large part, due to his staff's failure to relay messages. This would not have been a big problem, as I wanted a new doctor anyway, but unfortunately, it took longer than 30 days to get an appointment, and Dr. Napier put me in an extremely difficult position regarding an anti-depressant medication. I saw Dr Napier for 15 years. Numerous times he would cut my off a medication cold turkey and start a new one. When I would complain of adverse side effects he would dimiss me as if I were "crazy". I went from 115 lbs to 194 over the course of seeing him. And I think he sent me for 1 blood sugar test while on Geodon the entire time. Also after 10 years of telling him I was in an abusive marriage, he turned to me and said " Well, that turned out to be true."

Dr Nappier has been a blessing to me. I have seen him for 15 years now. He truly cares and listens to what you have to say. I had seen 10 psychiatrist before him. i moved over a hour away and i travel once a month to see him. He is one of a kind>

Dr. Napier was my doc for over 10 years. I saw him on a weekly basis. The last session was upsetting; I was distraught and told him to cancel my future appts as I left his office. He had to know that I was terribly distressed and not myself. I went to the pharmacy to get my refills and was told I had bern discharged. I was on 4 various meds but did not receive any weaning off process. As a psychiatrist, I wish he would have at least contacted me before taking this drastic action.

I haven't seen the doctor yet, but I had no trouble making an appointment. Staff was friendly and returned my calls promptly. I've been seeing dr. Napier now for 16 years, and he is nothing less than amazing. He's a little dry and hard to get to know at first, but he truly cares, and listens, and is compassionate and Empathetic. I can't imagine myself having anyone else for My treatment. I always leave his office feeling like 100 bucks, and he's not just a "pill pusher" our sessions are always 20-40 mins (depending on how severe my bipolar depression at that time). And he will see me as often as I need him too.
