Dr. Mark L. Nagy

Dr Nagy is personable and relatable to children. His office made me feel welcome right when I walked it the door. The nurses were very kind and took time to listen/answer any questions I had. The office has a audiology set up and tech on hand to do the hearing test on site. My daughter's tubes were put in by Dr Nagy one to two weeks after the first appointment and her ears no longer bother her.

My daughter needed a referral and it has been almost a month and I never got a call from him like he said he would. I have called his staff multiple times and they are rude and not helpful and still no call back. I am shocked that these people work with children! Seriously? Is it so hard to be more accommodating so my child can get the care she needs. She is already disabled and has enough to deal with...we both do. But apparently the office lady cannot help anyone. Why work with pediatric healthcare if you are not going to help the children. Like, what is your excuse for being so unhelpful to a poor child with disabilities? I'd like to say the doctor nagy was great but if he was, would he have called back? Like he said weeks ago??? Come on people. Get it together. We had an appointment scheduled for today. No one in the office ever told us there was two locations. We drove all the way to buffalo from North Tonawanda to the old children's hospital.....thats the address google had. I called them and asked them where exactly they were located and they said the Dr. Is at the williamsville office on Thursdays. Nobody once told me that when we scheduled the appointment. I very kindly explained that we drove all the way to buffalo and asked if we could still be seen in the office in williamsville if we drove there right away. The receptionist was very short and said no you'll have to reschedule. I understand I could've asked where exactly they were located instead of just believing what Google said, but if you have a new patient coming to your office I'm pretty sure it's their responsibility to let you know exactly where you're supposed to go. Dr. Nagy is nothing but professional and compassionate with great bedside manner. His calm and trusting demeanor helped manage our anxiety during one of the most serious and stressful times of our lives as he performed 2 sinuplasty surgeries on my child who has chronic sinusitis causing a rare life threatening illness, requiring immediate medical attention. He literally helped save my child’s life partnering with nothing but the BEST and most brilliant team of Neurosurgery, Pediatric MDs, & Infectious Disease through O’Shei’s Children’s Hospital. He also went completely out of his way to check on our son after the 2nd surgery and his last MRI! Above & Beyond genuine! Hello I am one of mark nagys patients. Doctor of ear, throat, and nose. and I just want to say he is one of a kind. SO nice and will do anything for you. He took care of all my siblings and now they are better than ever. I met many doctors and non are like him. Doctor Nagy is a hero. May god give him a peaceful life and achieve all his goals. My daughter had her tonsils out by Dr. Nagy and he did an amazing job. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me, my husband, and my daughter feel completely comfortable during a stressful day.

Dr. Nagy is fantastic! He is patient, calm, professional...both of my children have seen him and have had surgery by him. Highly recommended. Not sure which staff the other reviewer worked with but the staff has always been wonderful to us as well!

Never dealt with such rude and nonprofessional clerical staff in my life!!!!! The office manager is even rude!!!! Good luck dealing with this office!!! The Dr. However was great! Too bad his staff is that bad to deal with!

The doctor is FINE. But the staff are so RUDE inconsiderate. They were rude to me because I was an adult that the doctor accepted as a patient, and they were supposed To set me up with an appt with a surgeon and they said the receptionist who had to do it wasn't there, so they'd call me with the appointment. A week later nothing so I call asking and they said "oh it's ____ she has your info she'll call you" I ask for a time frame. "I mean if You want to call her you can" I say okay what's the contact info. Then they DONT give it to me. They say "she'll call you" "the doctor is on medical leave" SO. The Dr. Is great!!!! His staff is rude. They act like they shouldn't have to answer any of questions.

Dr. Nagy is great but his staff is awful. They kept my son in a room for more than hour after his apt and when I called to speak to the office manager I was told that they have 2300 patients and they see a lot of special needs children and that is the way it is. I asked for an explanation on the delay and Margie the office manger hung up on me 3 times I Would highly recommend the doctor but his staff is just simply terrible

Dr. Nagy has cared for both of my children.. I trust him and his opinion 100%! From office visits to surgery, Dr. Nagy is amazing!

Dr Nagy was an amazing doctor has seen 3 of my kids and is very personable wish we had a doctor like you here in Virginia you will be very much missed

My husband and I both loved Dr. Nagy from the moment we met him. Both he and his staff are very friendly and informative, and they really help you feel at ease. I would recommend him to anyone!
