Dr. Mark Edgar Miller

I became a new patient of Dr. Miller’s today. He is an awesome doctor, and I love all of his staff when I first walked in and I was greeted with a smile. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I know I have found my new PCP home. if you’re looking for a new doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

The dr Miller is a great doctor but his staff is in the ditch and does not care about anything or anyone and will not even return your calls when it’s a matter of just simply getting a prescription refilled. They hung on me 2 times today and are very unprofessional and lazy

Again disappointment. My name is Judith and I am disgusted with the office staff at Dr Mark Millers office for the second time. (except for Cat-the office manager). Problem after problem with the lack of efficiently, poor organization in record keeping and a lack of following through. My husband Russell was seeing Dr Mark Miller for a bowel issue. Dr Miller asked staff to schedule a colonoscopy. After over a week no calls from anyone so we made a appointment with Dr Miller only to discover no appointment was made. time after time we also discovered the office (even after we called to verify they had received records from the hospital) no records were available, which is why we made the appointment to go over such records. Today I, Judy, got a prescription from my podiatrist for a infection in my foot, called to make a appointment and had one at 2pm for a injection. Got there early only to find out they needed a written order from my podiatrist and couldn't take a written prescription. Finally got one then they said they couldn't give the shot unless we had the antibiotic with us. And then they said they could give us another antibiotic shot but after over 1 and half hours they said we missed our appointment so after we waited another hour. Just coming from surgery 1 week earlier I felt ill and asked how much longer and they said it would be 3-4 more patients. NO MORE Very dissatisfied and will surely never go back and will not recommend anyone to ever go there. I will also be sure to tell others of my experience to spare them the hassle of dealing with such poorly run office staff. Again disappointment. I’m 65 years old & have degenerative scoliosis & osteoarthritis. He was pretty good at refilling the one mild thing that he & I discussed I should take. The last 7 days, I have been ignored, misled & out & out lied to about getting a refill on pain meds. It is unconscionable that someone in my shape would be left out to dry.

Dr. Miller is one of the kindest and most diligent doctors I’ve ever dealt with. I have complicated medical issues and he went above and being in getting me the help I needed. He’s a compassionate and knowledgeable man. So glad I found him.

I have had some complex medical issues and since moving to Fayetteville 4 years ago, I've felt like a hamster on a wheel! About 6 months ago I had my first appointment with Dr. Miller. He dove right into all my issues. Here has taken time with me and listened closely. I have felt, for the first time in 4 years, like my medical needs matter. Dr. Miller and his staff do a thorough job of being prompt on appointment time and have called back after appointments to check on me. They callwith lan results. As a primary care physician, he is very thorough. I a.m so grateful God led me to him! As a retired registered nurse, I would recommend him to anyone, young to not so young! I am so thankful that I found Dr. Miller. He takes time to get to know you on your first appointment and is very thorough. I have an incurable cancer and I have been sorely disappointed in the care from Highlands oncology and several other cancer clinics in the area so I have my checkups and CBCs with Dr. Miller at this point. They even accept walk-in appointments if needed.

I don't see Dr. Miller but my daughter does. He is running a scam and giving our kids pain pills and other narcotics that are not necessary for them. I'm trying to save life's he is ruining them. He will be exposed soon.

I did not see Dr. Miller, however I did see one of the doctors that works with/for him at TruHealth. I went in complaining of severe pain and was given medication that was supposed to fix it & help. Within 24 hours of them saying it wasn't a big deal, I ended up in the ER finding out I had to have sugery. I told the ER the same information I told this doctor but because they didn't take time to do more tests on me, now I have an expensive ER bill. Will not be returning.

Dr. Miller is always professional every time I see him. he is the best.

I really like Dr. Miller. My only concern is that I have now seen him several times for myself, and my mother, and every time, he is constantly looking at his phone, texting, or taking calls and interrupting appointment time! I don't feel comfortable with my physician texting as he is writing my prescription! I plan on seeing one of the other doctors at True Health next time for this reason. They are all very nice and willing to spend time with you, and answer your questions .

Dr. Miller was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The office staff were very friendly and Dr. Miller spent time with me about my concerns and came up with a plan to better my health and had multiple things in place to help with my current issues. I would recommend him and his clinic to anyone. Friendly and professional all around!
