best to find another urologist before coming here
Rude staff, waited over an hour never got to see the doc.
Expect to wait AT LEAST an hour every time. This is a nightmare for anyone with misphonia because the room is silent save for whatever sounds the crowded room of patients happens to be making. The doctor has no concern for his patients' comfort during that ridiculous wait. No office assistance other than secretary, who is nice but should be better at scheduling appointments by now since the guy is ALWAYS running late. Good luck asking a question- they keep the window closed and say DO NOT TAP expecting you to wait 15+ minutes just to ask a question! The doctor has been around and knows what he's doing, but his office is pure 1980s decor, he doesn't put effort into making it a better experience for people. I would not recommend this office unless you like being treated like a number and an inconvenience.
