I would give zero to them if there’s one

I took my elderly mother to Dr. Li a few weeks ago for a specialist visit. Dr. Li was very nice and patience when treating my mother. He wasn't rushing us and did explain everything thoroughly. I left having a deeper understanding on our options. Our original appointment was scheduled in September but I expressed my concern about needing a somewhat immediate need to Nurse Paige. I tried calling every morning to check if there had been a cancellation. She answered the call nicely each time. Finally, there had been a cancellation, so she was able to let us in way earlier than the original appointment. Overall, we had a great experience with the doctor and nurse. Terrible doctor! Terrible staff!! I would never go to him ever again

Most frequently used quote at the clinic "Dr Mark Li is too busy to talk to you on this. He will call you if he wants to call you. This is a waste of his time." The two employees at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. After the visit, the employees will change the terms stated on the paperwork to turn the situation in their favor regardless of the terms stated on the paper provided to the patient. Dr. Li has a tendency to be late to the apointment. During my last visit, I waited 1.5hrs for Dr. Li and Dr. Li spent >5mins seeing me. I recommend to avoid this doctor. Great listener, Doesn't rush thru your visit. Well informed and knowledgeable. Wait can be a little long, about 15-20 mins but not bad as there is a TV and the staff is friendly and courteous.

Dr Mark Li is an outstanding Doctor. I have had other health plans, he is leaps and bounds above the other specialists that I have encountered. He actually listens to you and yes, you may wait a while in the waiting room, yes you may wait in the exam room for a bit, (that happens at any medical facility), but you get an excellent Doctor who really cares about his patients and actually TAKES TIME TO LISTEN. (that's why his office is packed) His staff is very busy...that is an understatement.

First of all, the staff was very unprofessional and unresponsive. Second, the wait time was hour and a half just to get inside. And at least another 30minutes to see the doctor. The waiting area is very tiny and there were more than 10 patients waiting, at the time when I was there. And to top it off, there were 6 new patients at the same time! I'm wondering whether this doctor knows the meaning of an "appointments"!?? Just a horrible experience..
