My daughter has been coming to this office for more than a year. We don't have the need to go unless we need services from the Doctor. However if they cannot get the full amount of money they want from you and your child they will literally make you visit for everything. They don't care if it's cold outside as long as their getting paid for you to come. I went there with my daughter and she had a rash on the back of leg. I am a sufferer of Topical steroid withdrawal and they tried to give me or recommended steroids instead of trying to figure out what caused the rash. So I decided that I wasnt going to do that and I went to an Allergist. They told me it's look fungal and to go to a dermatologist. I need an electronic referral in order for my daughter to go to a dermatologist. They refused and wanted to discharge my daughter because we didn't want to keep coming in about this rash. Then the anonymously called ACS and lied and said I was hitting my daughter in the office and throwing chairs because I went in there for the paperwork the same day they told me they will discharge my daughter. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WHEN IM JUST TRYING TO GET TO THE ROOT OF MY DAUGHTER'S RASH

If I can give this “doctor “ 0 stars I would’ve . This “doctor” needs to be evaluated ASAP.He seemed like he was falling asleep while talking . Also very negative when speaking . The Department of health will be hearing about my horrible experience!

I had a very bad experience at this doctor’s office. It has been about 15 years now. I never forgot it. It was such a horrible experience. However at that time I wanted to put a review but couldn’t see a page to address this concern. 1. I call to speak to Dr. Feuerstein because one of my newborn baby lab was abnormal. Therefore I needed to call to inform the doctor. The receptionist wanted me to disclose the information to her before I can be transferred to the doctor. However, when I told her that I did not feel comfortable to disclose this information. She started given me attitude over the phone and told me that I will not be able to speak the doctor until I tell her the information to her first. I told her that I had receive an abnormal lab and that I I have to let Dr. Feuerstein knows about it because my child required a vaccine. Therefore I asked if I can speak to Dr. Lew the owner because she insisted that I tell her because she has to make a decision if I should talk to the doctor or not. I think she got to speak to Dr. Lew before I was transferred to him because when I finally was transferred to Dr. Lew I couldn’t get a word. All he did was screaming at me. he never let me explained why I asked to speak to him. He scolded at me and told me that her employee said I did was disrespectful. she made so much lies. I couldn’t believe my ears. However when I pleaded with him to give me a chance to articulate how unprofessional the staff was he screamed and told me not to come back to his clinic. I was shocked. I have never been treated so bad in my life. The last thing I said to him was I am going to need a copy of my child chart to search for a new pediatrician. 2. Well needless to say that same day I went to retrieve a copy of my child’s chart. Let me tell you. this man Dr. Lew came outside belittled me in front of people waiting in the waiting. After I got my copy he said not to come back. I told him that I was not going to come back. However I told him that is what I plan to do. I told him that I was shocked he treated me this way. I left feeling disrespected belittled I couldn’t believe this could happen to me at a doctor office. 3. My beautiful daughter is now 15 years healthy and thriving in school and life. Dr. Lew and Dr. Rakhman were my primary doctors since I was born. It was always a pleasure seeing them and I never had any complaints about my visits throughout my 21 years going there. If they took adults I would definitely still have them as my primary physicians!! I’m not sure if Dr. Rakhman is still there but she’s the best and she has such an amazing personality. Dr. Lew Accomodated our needs by testing our child for Covid in his parking lot and i did not have to wake my daughter up. He did a nasal swab, she woke up and said she had a dream and went back to sleep. Test Negative God Bless Dr. Lew

I have been going to this practice for 24 years with my daughter’s. My older daughter misses coming here but I am still here with my younger daughter. The care they have received from Dr. Lew and Dr. Feurstein has been nothing but excellent. I see people saying they see a different Doctor every time they come the solution is when you go in you ask to see the doctor you want. My younger daughter suffers from allergies and Dr. Feurstein did everything he could to help her and when he sent me to the Ent she told me your doctor saved me a lot of work and time because he did everything I would of tried before doing surgery. They have always answered all my questions and took their time with my kids. I have been going to this practice for 24 years with my daughter’s. I am very proud to say that my two adult children were patients of Dr. Lew's office. I also have a 12 year old son who used to be a patient. We moved to Charlotte 8 years ago and I still have not found a Pediatrician that I love as much as Dr. Lew and his staff. I really miss his knowledge on all things dealing with children. My daughter has been going to Dr.Lew since birth. She is now 10 years old. Besides the wait time, I have no complaints.

This October 2021 marks 21 years that we have been using this practice for pediatric care. I met doctor Feuerstein in the hospital shortly after giving birth to my 2nd child. He was wearing dress clothes with a kofi, a Sesame Street tie and some sort of children's character hanging off of his stethoscope. For a brief moment I forgot my pain and discomfort and laughed out loud. He realized that I was in pain and uncomfortable postpartum and therefore wasn't really able able to have a conversation with him. He promised to come back the next day and he did. He was very thorough in his discussion about care for my newborn. We decided to give him a try especially when we found out that his practice was in the neighborhood. At that 2-week check-up we decided that he would be our pediatrician and immediately switched our almost two-year-old over. By then we had gone through 4 or 5 pediatricians for her and were not happy with their care of her. Here we are, exactly 21 years later and we are still extremely satisfied with the level of care that all 3 of my kids (now 22, 21, 12) have received from all the doctors in the practice. They have seen us through asthma, stitches, a dislocated knee (Dr. Feuerstein had to talk me through that one on a Sunday night, while he was out with his family), strep throat and everything else from colds to immunizations. I always liked that the practice was in a home and not a sterile office environment as I felt that helped my kids (and me) be comfortable and calm especially when they were sick. Each of the themed examination rooms catches your kids' attention and distracts them from their current illness. The favorite of all of my kids were the decorations that are suspended in the waiting room made out of Pepsi cans. When useful, the docs have recommended Homeopathic remedies and encourage good old chicken soup and a steam bath instead of just writing prescriptions for drugs. We have only good things to say about Drs. Feuerstein, Lew, Rakman and their staff. The wait varies but the only way to fix that is to stop recommending them to everyone!???? Today, I called MY doctor to rule out strep for myself. He's on a 2 week vacation with no coverage, and his receptionist didn't even ask me what was wrong. I called Dr. Lew's office but their phones were down. I took a chance and went over and explained the situation. They had diagnosed strep for my son last week, and I was pretty sick this weekend and developed a fever on Monday evening. I got a C19 test yesterday, but wanted to ensure I didn't have strep before returning to work tomorrow. I had no one to turn to. They took care of me and even came out to the car (I was experiencing a coughing fit) to give me a letter to return to work. I left the lot, and parked and cried because I was so emotional. You can't beat the level of quality care, professional experience, authentic concern, and genuine rapport that you get from these doctors and their practice. You can't fake that! Dr Lew was my pediatrician growing up until I became an adult. I'm 35 now and happy to see he is still practicing. Thank you so much for everything! Before and after of one of Dr. Lew's patients =)

I would not recommend Dr. Lew to anyone. He should not be a practicing pediatrician. He is putting our most vulnerable at risk, young children for contracting The CoV-2 virus in a time where there is no vaccine for young children. For example, there were many patients waiting to be seen with no space to social distance. Eventually his practice became so crowded that some patients had to stand. The first waiting area had no ventilation. The windows were closed, there were no ceiling fans or air conditioning unit. My son's appointment was at 12:00 and he was not seen until almost 2:00. When I expressed my concerns with the receptionist, her response was to speak to the doctor. So when I expressed my concerns in a respectful manner, Dr. Lew used profanity in front of my son, threatened to call the police, and invaded my personal space by getting up in my face. He told me that I can't tell him how to run his practice. Really he is a practicing doctor not following CDC guidelines!

This visit was very disappointing. I got to the office and it was extremely crowed. There is no social distancing. No air conditioner and there is heat advisory for the next three days. The staff is also rude and not helpful at all. What’s worse is the doctor does not show any concern for the well-being of his patients. This place need to be reported. Do not send your kids here.

I had been bringing my oldest son here for a year or so despite the long wait, very outdated appearance, and the fact that they pressure you to pay your copay as soon as you walk in. They wouldn’t even see my son on an emergency visit once until a copay was made. Fast forward to my second son, I bring them both in for a checkup and after waiting 3 hours in the waiting room, and almost another hour in the exam room, Dr Lew was extremely rude and blamed me for his office not beginning the annual physical exam on my sons. If I could rate this facility a ZERO, I would! Although I’ve been bringing my son to their facility for the past year, I’ve finally had it! I made my son a follow up appointment when he was a newborn and they refused to see him without MARK LEW being on his insurance card, cool. I made the appointment (for Lew specifically), got the card and now that MARK B LEW is on his insurance card and I’ve never even met him nor has my son and he’s now 15 mos. Every time you go, there’s a different doctor seeing my kid. Normally I try to schedule the first appointment of the day, this time I got a 12:15PM and was still waiting to be seen by a doctor at 3:00PM, seriously unprofessional and disgusting! If me and my partner hadn’t kept asking about the wait, no one communicated nothing about the wait or showed any sympathy to us or the other families waiting. How are you over booked, running 3 hours behind during COVID-19?! The waiting area doesn’t follow COVID-19 guidelines at all so they have an option to wait in your car or elsewhere until they call you. But regardless, why overbook yourselves anyway during COVID-19? I went to Dr Lew from the day I was born to 18yrs old..If I can still go to him now I would..that Marvel room left me with so many memories

The doctors are EXTRAORDINARY!! After examining your child, the doctors will have a mini conference with the parent explaining the diagnosis. My son who's now 25yrs old had an ear infection. I recall Dr. Ferenstein literally drawing a picture of the ear and explaining why the infection was called "swimmer's ear."

I am a mother of five girls and I have been going to this clinic since 1992. I always get a great service. I used to call there all the times as a new Mom. The doctors always called me back and gave me best advise. They always make room for an appointment for my kids. Doctors received me with respect and my children still go there and have no problem with the staff. We have to understand medical team can be stressed out and may not smile all the times. Have been bringing my son here since he was a newborn and he is now 6 and I’m expecting so my newest little one will be going as well. Maybe I just go at the right time but I have probably only had a long wait time once or twice in 6 years and that was PRE-COVID of course. Love all of the doctors, they are super knowledgeable and their bedside manner is impeccable and they are fantastic at explaining medical terms in a way a parent could understand. I would also take away maybe half a star for the decor but at the same time it gives the clinic character ???? you can really tell they care about their patients and I always feel like family when I go. Dr Mark Lew pediatrics came highly recommended by friends and colleagues. Despite the out dated appearance of the office, I felt comfortable having them as my son’s pediatrician. However, this past week my son was diagnosed with the flu after being miss diagnosed the same day at the hospital they are affiliated with... Methodist hospital; you can only imagine our frustration as parents. However, two morning after, while sleeping my son was found to to be bleeding from his ear, we took a q-tip to clean off the blood superficially, on the outter portion of the ear; the qtip was heavily Saturated. We were very alarmed and called Dr lew to set up a same day appointment, when we arrived we were seen quickly. The medical assistant attempted to take my son’s temp via the ear, and was offended when we protested ; if a child comes in for an ear bleed why would you attempt to stick something in the ear? There are other ways to take a child’s temp, temporally(Over the forehead), axillary, rectally, etc she looked so confused and did neither instead a temp of 98F was documented into my child chart... Dr. Lew comes in very obnoxiously and highly unprofessional, “...of course he’s bleeding from the ear! You stuck a q-tip inside...” we were so shocked that he not even greet us or even asked what happened, he immediately started accusing us ,after much efforts to get a few words in, we were able to explain that the bleeding occurred prior to the q-tip was placed to clean the ear; therefore, it couldn't have been from the q-tip. While this tension filled verbal interaction was taking place my sick son is crying and obviously uncomfortable. As his dad and I attempted to defuse the situation by asking if the medication prescribed could been the cause, Dr Lew laughed and stated ”...I don’t know where you got your medical Degree from...” and he began to aggressively and dismissively list his qualifications finally he brought Dr F into an already uncomfortable situation who tried his best to appease the situation. He successfully reassured us that there was no infection and attempted to in-agreeably explore reasons for a superficial ear bleed. As a health professional myself, medical professionals especially those who work with children are suppose to be gentle, kind, and exhibit an openness to discussing medical condition with a child’s parents, most importantly PROFESSIONALISM should be at the core! It’s very easy and convenient to look beyond this incident and continue to have Dr Lew see our son but this kind of treatment cannot and should not be tolerated it cultivates a culture of distrust. I've been going here since I was a child. Now my children go here. Dr. Kenneth Feuerstein and Dr. Rakhman are the best.

I have been taking my children for 23 years to this office. I am happy with the care from all of the doctors at the office. I like that anytime of day or night a doctor is on call to answer your emergencies or concerns. The level of expertise will ease any new or experienced parents mind with an accurate diagnosis. I gave the office 4 stars and would have given 5 stars if the office was more modernized. A simple paint job, 4 new patient tables in each room, aluminum patient waiting room chairs, a waiting room television, chalk boards, Mr potatoes head, dry erase boards, etc. In addition, having a young artist paint kid friendly murals on the walls would brighten up the place and air wick fresheners too. The receptionist is a young black African American lady and she is very rude I have been a client for the last seventeen years and I never experienced anything of this sort her delivery was very nasty and unprofessional.

I have enjoyed bring my kids to this office. I comfortable talking to any of the doctors about my concerns. Keep up the great work I have no complaints.

I called this office because my kids doctors office is only open 3 days a week and before i can ask, they offered me today's appointment. Amazing, not something i get at my current pediatrician. Service was great so i am switching over to Dr. Lew's office.

We're new parents and Dr Lew was our pediatrician at the hospital. Now that we've been to the office and see his staff and other doctor we are sold. It's a wonderful office and excellent doctors. Hope to stay here until our baby grows up.

Ok I been coming to this office for 18 years. The Dr Lew and Dr Feurestein is the greatest. I reccommend anyone to bring their children here. The wait time is a bit long but for your children its nothing to make time. The Dr's here listen to what the complaint is and go all out to make sure your children gets back to health quickly. When they send you to specialty Drs' they ask of you to give them their card so they can get all the info of what was done to your child. Children enjoy coming here they play in the front and each room is a new adventure. I would reccomend this office to everyone. They also do not discriminate. I’ve been coming here for 22 years now and even though my children are growing into wonderful young men, it is partly due to the excellent and exceptional medical care my children received from Dr Lew, Dr Feurestein and Dr Rockmon from the age of day 1 in this world. You will not find a more wonderful, competent and caring staff of Pediatricians overseeing the care of your child. Terrible would give no stars if possible! The wait is ridiculous! Can be up to 2 hours even with your appointment that you’re 15 mins early for! Also if you’re not a parent that is observant they’ll end up giving your infant 5 vaccines In one visit and claim it’s normal.

My son has been going there since 2014. The wait has always been a problem, no matter if you have an appointment you will be waiting minimum 2hrs to be seen then placed in a room to wait again. They always say that they're not usually this busy but that's always been my experience. I've stuck it through this long because I really didn't want to change my child's dr yet again, but after my experience today I'm completely over it! My son's insurance changed so his medication is no longer covered and I've been calling since yesterday to have his prescription switched to a generic brand, receptionist told me that they were really busy and that I would need to come in but I advised her that he already had a refill and just needed to switch it to a generic... finally got it ok'd by the dr after 6 and a hlf hrs and calling back insisting that he really needed it. My son barely slept through the night so I was up and called the pharmacy 1st thing this am... they still never got the prescription. Called the office again and the receptionist HUNG UP on me and told me I was being rude after she kept talking over me repeating their policy of having to come in to see the dr and not allowing me to speak....when I called right back and was finally able to have her see which patient she was speaking about she never apologized but her tone changed completely to a way more calm one. Been coming here for over 14 years. The last 2 visits I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Why are there only two Providers scheduled during peak hours? Especially if you hired more. The personable service from the Doctors I was accustomed to was over. The Doctors are exhausted and rushing every visit. The scheduling of patients and staffing levels need to be evaluated. I would give this facility 0 stars if I could. I saw Dr. Lew in the hospital after delivering my baby. He seems like a great doctor, but I had my follow up visit today at the office and my skin is crawling. After weighing my baby, there were bugs crawling on him. The waiting room is humid and full of sick patients everywhere. There are so many objects hanging on the wall and ceiling that can collect dust and germs. There are uncovered electrical outlets, peeling paint on the windows, rust and grime on all of beds and desks. All of their equipment is held together by duct tape and falling apart. The nurse tore off a piece of cover paper and just carried it around the office to the different rooms as we were getting him checked out. Dr Lee and Dr F are really great doctors. My child has been with them for her 19 years. The staff in the waiting & welcoming room.....n n people's skills. The young man who may be the management is rude and very cold. This is a place where parents bring their children for care, sick kids means concerned and stressed parents I think the least the office manager can do is be respectful, considerate and a little patient. I love this place

Great team of doctors and staff.

Definitely the best place for children to be treated and make friends. The staff is nice and hospitable as well as informative and courtesy. Dr. Mark is a really good pediatrician.

seen plenty of Doctors for my son to make this assessment and say this is the best pediatrics in Brooklyn. some reviewers seem to want free services for that i would suggest go to coney island or something they are paid by government not private offices. I work at a pharmacy and seems like every other patient feel entitled don't want to pay their copays etc. but realize this if you are not, someone is paying for you least you can do is be nice if you want something free. Blame the system rather than individuals plus you couldn't afford in the first place if you could, you would've, no one looks at that and cost for everything these days. I think office availability, ease of scheduling and quality of care there is no other. school forms are done in one visit, i don't have to go back and forth 3 or more times to just get a school form filled out. knowledgeable doctors. I bring my two kids here since 2011 upon my colleague's recommendation, never went anywhere else since. At one point i switched jobs and didn't have insurance They gave me very reasonable prices. I love the office and Doctors there. will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Lew for great service.

I believe people are not truthful when writing these reviews. I have been going to Dr. Lew since i was 7 Years old now my 3 kids go there aswell as my nieces and nephews. I never had issues with not being able to schedule an appointment on a day or two notice, sometimes even same day. They have parking which saves you atleast half an hour if not more plus they have most labs done there, saves me another few hours of commute to different locations and more parking hassles etc.., then comeback for followup. I see some people complain about them being worried about the coverage, shouldn't they be? I am a business owner hey i am in business to make money why they shouldn't be? If you don't have coverage or there is a problem with it that doesn't mean he is a bad doctor infact it means you came unprepared and are asking for free service and you want a thank you for it. I think he is the best doctor in 5 boroughs and deserves to get paid for his service. If one doesn't have insurance then you can go to coney island hospital or one of those free clinics that give you shitty service. It is my as a parent's job to bring a good working insurance or pay from my pocket if i don't have coverage for my kids. Since when is it Doctor's job to make sure you have good coverage? He is very modest and reasonable doctor and i see people here disrespect him because they don't have insurance or they didn't have their shit together. He can't be rude to his patients but my god patients here have to respect for anyone. I order my food and am respectful to the cashier so they don't spit in my food, he is your child's Doctor. What plant you people live on? No one here says anything about he is a bad doctor, people say long wait and insurance problem. Find another doctor if he doesn't fit your needs. 4 kids 28 years not a single complaint now that's excellence. Dr. Lew Diagnosed my child correctly 25 years ago when others had failed. Thanks to him my son is thriving. He still goes to Dr. Lew and doesn't want to move to an adult Doctor.

My family member recommended this doctor. My child has had heart issues since his birth. Dr. Lew and Dr. F both examined my son on his 2nd visit. I was very nervous due to his recent cardiac problems but they put me at ease and found the right cardiologist for me and thankfully its been 6 months my son hasn't had those issue. Dr. Lew is my son's pediatrician and my son is non-verbal, 16 year old diagnosed with Autism. Dr. Lew is very knowledgeable, caring and experienced with children with special needs. The all of the physicians at this facility have treated my son and they all show great concern, attention and are very thorough with the service of his care. Dr. Lew took the time to explain to me changes in medicaid coverage and answered all of my questions regarding options with commercial insurance. Dr. Lew also will see my son after he turns 21 years old, because he understands that he has issues with different environments and changes in routine. I would 100% recommend this facility to other parents. There is usually a wait, however it is worth it!

I was told today at 11:30am I could walk-in with my 1 year son since he didn’t have appointment when my husband got there they were very nasty to him asking him who told him he could walk in with my son the doctors were very rude they even have him call me from work to ask me who told I can bring him and describ the person voice ??really

Dr. Lew is very rude & angry person & his employees are incompetent, argumentative, & disrespectful. You can't get correct information from anyone there & when you mention the problem they turn it on you. Very poor customer service skills.

Dr Lew”s bedside manner at my daughters last appointment was completely disrespectful and distasteful. He not only questioned my parental choices but decided to scold me after I told him, that any medical decisions would have to be discussed with my husband. he responded.... with the following” well I guess your husband is a medical professional with over 30 years experience and knows best”? I was not expecting such insolvency from a supposed professional, much less a paediatrician.

I have been using Dr. Lew's pediatric practice for almost 13 years now and up to last year I have been pleased with their service. Unfortunately, the last time I was there, I CAUGHT A BED BUG. YES, THATS WHAT I SAID A BED BUG! I then informed the Dr. and she told DR. F and he said that there was no way of knowing how long the bug has been there before the time I gave it to them. I am sorry but, I have decided to leave this practice because I cannot and will not jeopardize my family by coming to a doctor's office with the risk of bringing home a bed bug. I really hate to make a change because Dr. Rahman has known and loved my child since she was 1, but I feel it is necessary at this time to leave the practice. My son has been going to this facility from birth. I walked in because my sons school called me letting me know that he wasnt feeling well. I picked my son up from school and headded straight to his doctor. When i arrived i waited as usual. Then i was informed that my sick child was not going to be seen because his insurance on file was not active and he was not going to be seen. I left frustrated because usually the office looks it up. I call and ask to speak to the manager who made it clear that it doesnt matter that my son was sick, he states parents say kids have insurance but dont...so the policy is they cannot be seen without insurace. After 20 mins of going back an forth with the manager. I simply said that usually u guys can look it up or bill me so that my sick son could be seen. I told him i was going to write a review...oh now after 30 mins not knowing if i was on foot or driving now i should bring my sick son back. I took my kid to ugent care that looked up my sons insurance saw him and diagnosed him with the flu. The flu thats we were warned about. Now if something happen to my kid what would have been the excuse. We didnt try to help a child a kid that been coming there since two day out the hospital. No im not sure who hired these heartless people to deal with our prized possessions our children. The staff prior knew how to do their jobs in a humain way, i dont wanna take my son to a place where his health, well being and life isnt important. Horrible service! I just left the doctors office and my newborn was turned away. I was turned away because they said my insurance is inactive. I called the insurance company in front of the receptionist on speaker phone and my insurance companied verified that my plan is ACTIVE. I asked the receptionist if they can please see my son since he is a newborn and I brought him out the house and she said no. She insist that my insurance is inactive although I have had to use it recently.

The doctors are good and are willing to see you in any emergency situation, however, they only care about the co-pays. Even though wellness visits are free through your insurance carrier they still charge $30 for lab fees. They refused to complete my daughter’s physical because we did not have the additional $30 for lab fees. A free wellness visit should be free. The receptionist is extremely rude and acts as if the money is going into her bank account directly. There are other great doctor.

Seeing that it was spring break, I called Dr. Mark Lew's office to inquire about whether/not my children are due for a wellness check. I was told that they're actually due, and they were scheduled for an appointment. Upon arrival, I was told that I'd have to pay $35 for each child's copayment. I informed the receptionist that per my insurance co, there's no copay for wellness checks. She referred me to the manager, to whom I explained that my children have no complaints; they're just there for a check-up. Dr. Mark Lew intervened and told me the children aren't due for their check-up until next month, and the insurance company is not going to pay, so I should take it up with them. He then rudely asked me if he "has to pay me $20 to get outta here." First of all, his intervention was unnecessary because there was no dispute; his manager had a lot more decorum than he did. If anything, Dr. Lew should've apologized for his staff misinforming me; instead, he added insult to injury. Even though he apologized to me after I told him that he was rude and unprofessional, I'll never take my children there again. It's sad that it has come to this because they've been going to that office for more than six years. This was my first encounter with him and most definitely the last. It's a very kind and personable place. There is a small car lot in the back and newborn days are Tuesdays and Thursday's. They are affiliated with NYC Methodist hospital and Brooklyn.

Amazing environment

Dr.Lew and his staff are truly a Godsend.

My childhood pediatrician. Great man and a friendly loving practice.

My children have been patients at this office for over 7 years , Dr. F and Dr. Rocman are amazing doctors.

When my daughter was born in 2012, my wonderful OB/GYN had made arrangements unknowingly to me for Dr. Lew to see us the day she was born at Methodist Hospital. I have been with them ever since. They are the absolute best. Dr. F, Dr. Rakhman, Dr. Lew are very personable, genuinely loving with my children and always remembers details about them. They are the best team ever. Dr. Mark Lew is very rude and condescending. I brought my children in after I was told that they're due for a wellness check. At the appt., the receptionist informed me that I'd have to pay $35 for each child.
