Mark A Knipfer

I found Dr. Knipfer and his team about 6 years ago when we moved to the upstate. They take care of my husband, teen son and myself. Amazing team, they know us , our needs, they give us advice , practice preventive care. I feel blessed to have him and his staff on our side.

Dr. Kniphfer is a great doctor who is very thorough in his examinations. It is also evident that he cares about his patients. I could not ask for a better doctor.

This practice is horrific. If you actually want to be treated like a human being do NOT go here. I was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease to which Dr. Knipfer and his staff said yipee! because I could be their guinea pig and they would be able to try out a new drug, yet when they couldn't handle the specialized care I needed (including the MANY questions I had about the disease I was diagnosed with) they did not return phone calls and told me to google everything. They then "released" me as a patient IN THE MIDDLE of trying to get the drug approved for my treatment. So now I'm left without a doctor, without treatment, and diagnosed with a RARE, PROGRESSIVE, DEBILITATING disease. They should be ashamed of the way they mistreat people. All they see is a number and a $$$$.

Dr. Knipfer has been wonderful and attentive when caring for my aging parents. He is patient and conducts detailed physicals to assure he is seeing the changes in their health. Many thanks for a doctor that still tales some time with patients.

Dr. Knipfer is excellent. The business office can "drop the ball" on insurance matters. Nurses are a bit snobby.

Upon my search for a new pcp, the receptionist was nice but the information she provided didn't make any sense! She told me that they were not accepting Medicaid, when clearly the site says that they do! then she said that I have to be related to the current patients! I said no thank you and hung up!

I have been a patient here for 20 years and can't even get an appointment when sick, the staff is useless and lazy
