Friendly and professional atmosphere providing excellent care!

While Dr. Jarowenko was doing a yearly exam for another issue he noticed an ever so slight increase in PSA. He was proactive, found cancer and treated with radiation eliminating the need for surgery. Today I’m cancer free.

Good doctor good person.

Great Urologist, very knowledgeable. I won’t see any other Doctor. He takes his time with you, answers all questions.

Dr. Jarowenko was great! He guided me through a difficult treatment decision in a calm and informative manner. He listened to my questions and concerns and then supported my final decision. With COVID-19, I wanted the procedure ASAP but everything was booked six weeks out so he did it on his day off! It's too early to comment on the results but he has a great reputation on the robotic surgery equipment. Many thanks to his scheduler (Kim Smith) and the nursing staff at LGH (Kara).

I found this Dr to be mild mannered and soft spoken. He's been great and his office staff have been so helpful. I would definately recommend him!! In fact..he saved the life of my husband's co worker. O think he's great ??!

Mark during office visits was friendly and informative. He does give the impression he's ready to see another patient so I can understand other comments. The value of a doctor and staff are their reactions during times of need. So 3 days after receiving a scope at the Lebanon office, I came down with a persistent infection that lasted for a month and through 3 antibiotic courses. The staff seemed unconcerned and Mark disappeared. They initiated no contacts, not even with important test result snd generally showed no empathy. It is a busy practice too busy to give effective after care and too busy to correctly sanitize their environment. During the stressful times, when I needed support they got low grades.

IGNORANT DOCTOR, no help , also very mean to his female employees.i saw him make an employee cry right in fromt of me, had no remorse. very mean-

Friendly before surgery. Bad decisions after surgery with complications. Surprised if his feet hit the ground as he was in and out of the office before you could ask questions. He seemed annoyed at being asked for information.

Very unfriendly, uncomfortable/awkward, and arrogant. Makes you feel like you're wasting his time. We were last patients, and was moody because he wanted to leave when this was beyond our control.
