If you can see Dr. Mark James, you are fortunate. I saw him years ago and again recently. He is so knowledgeable, but also listens and is foremost kind. His office staff is also kind and caring. I was so happy to be able to see him again after so many years and to recognize that he had not changed.

Dr. Mark E. James is an excellent psychiatrist and provides excellent service. He listens to his patients concerns and takes time to find solutions. He has really helped me out a lot. Highly recommended

Dr. James is a fantastic psychiatrist. I have been his patient for over 20 years and would never go to anyone else.

Have filed complaint with Georgia Medical Board’s Enforcement Division and pray they can investigate properly!

I've been a patient of Dr. James for a while now. He is a caring Dr.. Ms. Diane is the glue that holds it all together. She's a very kind young lady. I have a lot of issues. I thank them for helping me and listening . God Bless them.

A great doctor who goes out of his way to make sure you are cared for.

Did not help, office is very poor. Dont go to him if you want to be helped. Doesnt ask you how your doing and tells you about what refills you need. In last visit he talked about his prostrate cancer more than how i was doing.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mark for several years. He is a wonderful doctor and an all around nice guy. He has helped me tremendously. I feel blessed to have found him.

Dr. James is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Most importantly he listens, without judgement, while making you feel comfortable sharing your issues. He has helped me tremendously by finding the right combination of medication to stabilize my mood. I am a more patient parent, and for that I can’t be more thankful!!! Ms. Diane is so friendly and although you leave voicemails she always promptly calls back. I look forward to seeing her at each of my visits. I highly recommend Dr. James. I see Dr. James at least twice a year and am very pleased with the results we have accomplished. He is thorough, attentive and very mild mannered. I find him very easy to talk to about everything. He has definitely helped me over the years combat several problems and is always there for me when needed. I would recommend him to anyone with a need for his services. His wife is a very lovely person to work with too.

They do not answer the phone at all during business hours. I've been calling for weeks at different times of day. Left messages on the voicemail but no returned call.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mark James for about 12 or 13 years now. I think that speaks for itself. He's very into finding your issue(s) and figuring out what helps you, what doesn't and what ultimately will help, if not totally alleviating the issue altogether. Great listener! Been with Dr James for coupme years mow and hes very easy to talk to been helping with my ptsd and knows his patients

I have been under Dr. James' care over 15 years. Professional yet approachable. Very bright Dr. that's keeps up with articles and new medication. I definitely recommend him

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. James and Diane, his office manager / go-to person. The offices are warm and inviting, and they run on time. Diane consistently answers all my questions before and after making my appointment. Dr. James provides a safe, understanding, professionally ran, private practice. In addition to being a great doctor, he and Diane are both genuinely nice people.
